I honestly couldnt believe some of the reviews I read on here after visiting this shop! Lori (the owner) is possibly the nicest woman ever, even when she was 8 months pregnant and the last thing she probably wanted to deal with were 5 girls who couldnt make up their minds. The staff is helpful and sweet, not to mention professional and courteous. I didnt feel rushed once, and we were there for almost two and a half hours. Their selection is NOT limited, they have an entire huge room full of beautiful bridesmaids dresses. Its a little out-of-order, but just ask them for help navigating it! They have their own cataloguing system. Once they understand what youre looking for (and they spend time with you making sure theyre right!), its like they disappear for 5 minutes and come back with the perfect selection of dresses. Plus, when I called to order extra fabric for my bridesmaids bouquet, the girl on the phone insisted I only order one yard instead of ordering multiple sashes, which saved me money. Its the little things that count. My mom got her mother of the brides dress here too, and shes been very happy; they even mailed her a free swatch of fabric when she couldnt make it to the store. Cant say enough nice things, obviously! But I would highly recomend them to my family and friends.

What a lovely place! My initial dress from another store was unable to be found and lacked tracking, so I new I had to get another dress to be safe since my wedding is less than four months away. The ladies at this store were friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Despite our time frame, they helped me find the perfect dress that I am absolutely in love with. I went by myself (a little unconventional) but I never thought I would find a dress so quickly let alone so perfect. It is so beautiful that I find myself wanting to show everyone! I am so excited for the dress to come in and I cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day. I highly recommend working with these ladies to find the dress of your dreams. I was taken right away for my appointment, assisted every step of the way and was treated very kindly. Thank you everyone for all your help! Ladies if youre looking for a dress be sure to stop here.

Horrific service. Nasty women. I walked in with one bridesmaid and asked to look at a few dresses. They took forever to acknowledge our even being there and then the woman just kept shaking her head saying "no, no, no" a good 20 times. They were unwilling to help look for a dress even tho she openly said they had a free half hour before any appointments were coming in. She kept telling me to call her and make an appointment for another day, when I told her that I really just wanted to look at a few dresses and couldnt I just take ten minutes she told me that Im not allowed to. An associate had to be with me but no one could (even tho she just told me that they were all free for a half hour) I left there and went straight into jersey to Bridal Fantasy where I received the type of treatment a bride and her bridesmaid should get. If I could give zero stars, I would.

We came here to buy bridesmaid dresses for my sisters wedding that just passed last week. The service was fantastic! Diana in particular really stood out to us and was SOOOO accommodating and patient with us. Her personality was like GOLD. People like her are hard to come by! Our pretty coral dresses looked fabulous and the seamstresses were so sweet, talented and helpful too. The woman that helped us pick our dresses was nice as well! I was the only one that has a bit more issues with the tailoring of my dress, but I think it was because the dress was ordered TOO big, to the point where there were some minor things that just couldnt be fixed, but it still looked gorgeous. =)

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! the women that work there are nasty and condescending to say the least. Half of the bridal party I am a part of had problems with the fit of the dress and they wouldnt listen to what our concerns were about the fit (since they ordered dresses like that were far too big). I understand they do this for a living so presumably they know what their talking about, but at the very least they could have listened to and addressed concerns that we had. Instead, they simply said "weve done this before" and ignored the situation. After the first fitting was taken in, it looked like NOTHING was actually done, I took the dress and my business to someone else.

This company wanted to charge my mother $700 for two bridesmaid dresses for my wedding. They had the audacity to tell her that she had to pay a late fee because it wouldnt be in time for my October wedding?, rush shipping fee, plus more money for a size over 12 and was also told she had to order the dress because they didnt have it in stock. Well I would like to say I found a better place that would charge $400 for two dresses, didnt need to be rush shipped because standard shipping would arrive in September 12, DIDNT NEED A LATE FEE?? and NO extra charge over 12. I would not give my business to someone like this and told my mother to cancel her appointment.

Beautiful store, great selection of bridesmaid dresses. Leila was my consultant and she was super helpful and so nice! She helped us find the perfect bridesmaid dress and even gave me a color swatch before I left, which will help when I choose the bouquets. She made sure to ask what style/designers I liked and the color scheme I was going for and we truly found exactly what I was looking for. I had such a pleasant experience and finding the dress was so much easier than I thought! Definitely recommend!

When my wife got measured for a dress here, they ordered it several sizes too large, and then wanted the cost of the dress over again to do alterations. Looking through the other reviews here, it sounds like this wasnt a mistake; theyre out to rip you off by ordering too large and thenovercharging for alterations. Fortunately we could cut our losses by having the alterations done by a place for half of the cost.

I have had several dresses either fitted or purchased from here . I had no problems with the cutomer service or the seamstress I have bought 3 dresses for 3 different bridal parties and have brought other dresses in to be fitted by the seamstress there loved their work !!!

Poor customer service and not a vast selection. If youre running a business you need to cater to the client especially when they are paying a lot of money for these dresses. Terrible service.
