Went to buy packing supplies. Purchased boxes, packing peanuts and bubble wrap. I also needed an extra long box that they didnt sell. However, there were boxes of the appropriate size on the shelves that their merchandise came in. I asked a brunette caucasian lady named Kris if any empty extra long boxes were in the bad. Im uncertain why she took it offensively but exclaimed they were unwilling to empty out a box for me. I clarified that I was looking for already used empty extra long boxes. She responded that shell check with management. I told her I would put my purchases in my car and return shortly. When I came back she said all the boxes have been crushed for the day. It was 2:40 in the afternoon. Staples, that was not easy

First trip to this store was to get a $20 pair of headphones. They were locked in a case. (FWIW, a pair of $80 headphones was not locked up). So I walked around trying to get any employees attention for 15 mins. Finally got a guy to say "Ill be right there." Waited 20 mins, he never showed up. It seems these guys really dont need any money. But capitalism only works if businesses are motivated by money. So I went to Best Buy in Paramus. Got my headphones in 5 mins. That was easy! Staff at Best Buy was extremely helpful, courteous, and the store was well-organized and clean.

While the location may be handy most of the staff lack personality and often show a lack of motivation to help the customers. We have had to go here on several occasions and not a single one of our trips to here has been of high quality. If you know another place to go for supplies I suggest you go there first. It is very cluttered and claustrophobic and it feels very unprofessional. It isnt the worst but I would say their performance was below average.

Limited selection and several times I ordered online for 1 hour pick up, then got cancelled after an hour or two due to "unavailability" even though listed as available online. Staff is friendly enough for the extra star but not very knowledgeable when I asked about Staples promos, even when in the Staples weekly ad. The Edgewater Staples is way better, even one hour pick-ups were always ready before the hour.

It was very terrible. My friend order picture and not only did they cut the original picture they gave us the photos on business card paper. Im very disappointed in the service I received and how they helped me fix the problem, they didnt do anything.
