I ordered a pair of shoes online for store pick up and when I arrived on site they didnt have it in stock, although that wasnt described when I placed the order online. Their staff wasnt enough for the volume of customers at this store, it took about 20 minutes for them to tell me that shoes werent there. Called customer service and they had to call the store to confirm what I said, even tough I told the person that they were short people and the store was full, after my story was confirmed they put me on hold for at least 5 minutes before I give up without any solution I walked away. The previous day I went to another store at the Newport mall and I had a completely different experience, my shoes were ready for pick up and in a few minutes I was out the door enjoying my precious time with something else. I believe the basic employee training with things like: " The customer is always right" or "Do whatever it takes to make the customer happy" were left behind.

No military discount. If you proudly served in the military please shop at another store. Every other Finish Line and other sneaker stores offer it. This is the only one Ive seen that doesnt. Dont shop here.
