I think they have decent products, however, I will not return. There was an advertisement posted in the window that stated Buy any item get another 50% off. (In spanish) I tried to purchase 3 pairs of sneakers and one pack of socks. The store manager refused to honor the posted sale stating that the socks were not part of the deal unless you got 2 packs; which was not at all reflected in the sign. The store manager tried to say that because 2 pairs(not packs) of socks were pictured, thats what I had to get. I left without purchasing what would have been a nearly $200 in products just because the store manager did not want to give 50% off of a $20 pack of socks. I happily went next door to Kohls and spent my $200 on 3 pairs of shoes, several packs of socks, plus 2 school outfits for the kids. Disappointed in the managers customer service. But he pushed me into a better deal next door. (Same converse sneakers, too.)

Very good selection of shoes. Staff is always helpful. You could request to order a specific size and have it delivered to your house. If you go at the right time and use the right coupons, you can save a lot of money.
