Here is the real story… I found a nice deal on their site and responded to it. Got a call after 2 days and invited me to see the vehicle. They also faxed me a copy of carfax report. (Although over the phone they said there is no accident and issue with the vehicle but on the carfax report there was a minor accident. I still have the copy.) Later the same day, when I called them before going to their dealership, they told me that “we are sorry but that vehicle is almost sold and someone have given money to hold.” I said “fine, no problem and thanks for telling me the truth.” Within only 15 minutes other sales person called me to see a this same vehicle and told me that I can come and see it and test drive it even if someone else has put hold on it. May be cause he didn’t wanted to lose the chance if the first buyer doesn’t show up. (I know his name and also have his voice message on my phone) When I walked into the dealership the sales person did show me the car but would not let me test drive it and insist that he must talk the numbers ($$) first and if I am agree with his numbers ($$) than only I can have a test drive. Fine, I asked what numbers he mean. He came up with a $900 dealer fees…and some other charges(on a $5000 vehicle) and if I am agree with that then only I can have a test drive…wow…!...can you believe that?!...first of all I was called to see a vehicle that some other buyer had already paid to hold than the numbers ($$) thing…I felt like either the sales person thinks that I am an idiot or this is his first day at the dealership…either way, my time was unnecessarily wasted by calling me to their dealership and than told me about the hidden numbers and than not even let me test-drive. By the way, the sales person was not able to open the back hatch door of the vehicle cause it had some mechanical defect. They also send me a carfax via fax for the same vehicle, which had a minor accident, which I was OK with if I get to test drive and inspect the vehicle properly. But they did not let me! I leave it to other buyers to decide if they should deal with this idiot sales person and their dealer who have the hidden numbers!

When purchasing a used car one should expect to deal with incompetence, strong armed sales tactics, bait and switch attempts , and hidden fees. Effect auto did not fail to deliver on ANY of these. My sales person Nestor Martinez was pleasant as was Igor Azikof ( the owner) through the initial sale of the vehicle. I had done my research and was fairly comfortable I was getting a good deal, especially after refusing to pay the hidden $900 vehicle preparation fee. It is after the sale the idiocy came out in full glory. To begin with Nestor illegally ran a credit report when I was purchasing the car with a certified check. Than this fool takes down the wrong address and send the title to Kingsbury NY. I live in Mount Kisco NY. After more than 2 weeks waiting for the title. these 2 buffoons are still at a loss for what happened to the title. I determined it was an address issue. And inform Igor, of the mistake. he Promise to fed ex title to me. I was to receive it Tuesday the November 8th. Nothing. I call again, he scrambles around clueless on what is going on in a 4 man organization. Fails to call me back as promised . No answer , but another promise for delivery on the 15. Nothing. I call again livid. He listens patiently while I unload on. Realty is , when you have an irate customer, you take matters into your own hands . Clearly Igor has not learned this. I called again Monday evening as I have still not received the title. I tell Igor I need the title at my door step the next day which is November 22, or at minimal send me an email with the tracking Number. Guess what no package, no email. I call today . Igor send me an email with a Fed ex tracking number . According to the tracking he initiated pick- up on Monday. It has yet to be picked up. I am calling the Elizabeth police department to determine if I have a stolen vehicle.

I can only believe that any positive reviews were written by this business employees. My temp registration was about to expire and still no title in the mail. This took many, many phone calls and it was even sent out to a nonexistent address. I finally received it after a ton of hassle. Getting a cars title to your buyer is a basic and simple requirement of a car dealership so I dont know why this place cant handle that. On top of this, I started to feel some vibration in the brakes after driving and getting a feel for the car and took it to my mechanic only to find one of the rotors was cracked...i mean CRACKED, like almost in two pieces...not hairline. Had to replace front rotors right away and there was no way I was getting this car anywhere near those people at the dealership so I just sucked up the cost. Not what you want when you just spent almost $30k on a practically new car. Aside from the obvious which is that I couldve gotten killed in that thing. I have to say, since that was taken care of, I love this car :) But definitely bad dealership...wish I got a certified car. From reading other reviews, my feeling is that these people buy luxury brand cars that have too many issues to sell at the brands dealer. No manual, no second key as promised, etc etc..very shady place

This is an incredibly corrupt and dishonest dealership. My experience with them persisted over several months and led to me filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They informed me that they had already had several complaints with this dealership and recommended I go straight to the state department of consumer affairs as their previous investigations had led to that. We were directly lied to on more than a dozen occasions from our salesperson (Nestor Martinez) as well as the manager regarding many separate issues with the car. But the straw that finally broke the back was when we took it to the BMW dealership to be serviced and to fix the radio and came to find out the radio wasnt working because there was no computer!!! It was just missing, and was going to cost us $1200 to replace! I called the manager 6 separate times about this, who each time told me he would look into it and call me back, and each time never called back. I finally called the BBB who told me they have had "numerous" issues with this dealership and recommended I go straight to the state dept of consumer affairs, as this is what would happen anyways. So that is what I am doing now. Do NOT go to this dealership!

Effect Auto aka Global Auto Inc is a fraud. They promise you on the phone one thing and then when you send them any advance payment increase the price and force you to pay the increased price threatening you by not returning you whatever you paid in advance. A person behind these companies: Sergey Kapustin. He should be charged with fraud business practices and go to jail. I personally was damaged by them for around $2000 and know several customers that lost much more. More over looks like they send fake reviews. Look at the pattern of these reviews. As soon as someone sends bad review - immediately they send several 5 stars reviews. Please read all 1 star reviews here - they provide lots of details... beware of this company - dont loose your money
