Service was TERRIBLE... ...First time buyers are nervous to the outcome and this place did not stand behind its business. Guy approaches us, we are given the keys to check the vehicle out, guy sends another gentleman to take the test drive with us. We return and have a seat to discuss the vehicle. The fist guy, Nowhere to be found. Lastly, we are approached by another gentleman who asked us if we have filled out any paperwork and what vehicle were we interested in. We let him know and he tells us that someone had placed a deposit on it already, if we wanted another vehicle to look at. We voiced that this was a waste of time. Why have us test drive something if a deposit was already made. The last guy apologized and although not his fault, we could have been updated on the information and not have taken us for a back seat drive. Why couldnt the guy that gave us the key in the first place tell us what occurred since he was the person that approached us when we came in? I thought that was a cowardly thing to do in my opinion. Hiding behind someone is not going to sell you vehicles at the end of the day buddy. I understand that money talks and business is business but seriously! Cmon, if thats the way business is done, I can only imagine what lemons are being sold here. We took our business somewhere else and got a great deal if not better! and the representative took the time to explain everything and we dealt with one individual and not a parade of people. The last thing I will add is that two other individuals interested in the same vehicle were opening and checking it out while we are trying to make a deal before the whole deposit speech at the end. I mean, who does that?? Perhaps they were the ones that placed a deposit and wanted to make sure we didnt make a better offer. Who knows. This is solely what WE experienced. Good luck

Excellent service! I went here to buy my first car. I didnt have much experience purchasing a car, and I was afraid I would get cheated. However, the service I received was great! The dealer was very patient and allowed my brother and I to look at the car thoroughly alone. I dont like to feel rushed, or the feeling of someone looking over my shoulder. After a test drive, I loved the car and purchased it. Everything went very smooth and I was able to drive it off the lot the next day (could have done so earlier, but I had to get the insurance settled out. They helped me with that too!) I highly recommend this spot! Very honest and loyal people. They even helped me buff out a spot on my car a month after!

Went to Car Stop for a 2003 Durango R/T. Eddie was great. First time financing a car. Just went in and less then ten minutes all paper work is done. The truck has some rattles, scratches, and missing parts. But it is a used car. Sorry for the other other reviewers experience. They are USED CARS... Some are better then others. Eddie was fun, personal, and down to earth family man. Will absolutely recommend to others. 1 hour drive from Asbury Park was well worth it. Thank you Eddie.

Outstanding service and quality,, I have been buying used cars for over 20 years and filially I found a dealer that does not try to sell you a lemon or even a basket of fruits..lol..Eddie and his team are by far the most kindest and understanding people I have ever met. You MUST STOP IN!!!!!! JUST LIKE THERE NAME SAYS (CAR STOP) IT WILL BE YOUR last stop for ever..and please take advantage of there extended warranty its the best. like I said let (CAR STOP) will BE Your last STOP...you wont regret it.. Love this place. My family has purchased 7+ vehicles from Car Stop over the years. In my experience, every car looked nice aesthetically and ran perfect until it was time to switch it up and buy another car. They truly have a great variety of quality used cars. Heres a quick tip to remember.. ASK FOR EDDIE! He is a very honest guy, who will help you find what you are looking for while staying within your budget. I bought a car there two days later check engine light came on the car was consuming a lot of fuel I took it back they said the fix same thing happened three times after my warranty expired a private mechanic showed me a list of things that was wrong with the car including catalytic converter. What they did is resetting the check engine light everytime I brought the car back until my warranty expired real crooked

Thank goodness I got the extended warranty! After 2 1/2 months my reliable mechanic informed me that the transmission is loose (which will cost $2000 to fix) in the car I purchased from Car Stop. When I called to ask them about it, the manager Eddie really couldnt explain it and didnt seem to know much about anything other than referring me to the warranty people. Very disappointed to say the least.

After choosing the vehicle we wanted, he worked on the financing approved. No credit shaming, they understand that life happens and try to work with you. I brought a car here Feb. 2015 the car had trouble since the beginning . they would fix it.. Then I would have to bring it back ! Once I drove if off the lot they always seemed like they didnt want to be bothered when it broke down.. Well April 1st 2016 Im back to driving my car I originally had when I made the purchase!!! The transmission went!! I would never recommend anyone to buy here!!!
