Be careful buying here. I explained to the dealer that my previous dealer sold me a car with problems. I told him so he knows. He heard my story and proceded to sell me a shitty car. It had a lot more problems then i thought. I should have examined the car more but i needed a car fast. On top of everything, me and the dealer agreed to fix a few minor things like a wheel aligment and one of the tires needed air. The day i picked up the car, it was still the same. No fixtures were done. He simply didnt do it. I noticed the car wasnt fixed once i got on the road. I yelled at him because i thought it was the simplest thing i asked for but he didnt do it. Im still mad at him. After a few days i noticed the car was a little inconsistent mechanically. I wanted to return it and forget i ever went there. So i called him and explained that i was unhappy with the car and wanted to take it back. He transfered me to his daddy (the owner). I spoke to him and told him my problem. He didnt care at all what i was saying. Right away he told me that he would not take it back and sounded mad that i even called about it. I told him that i have rights and he got even more mad and even gave me the number to call the "better bussiness berau" it was the wrong number by the way. I ended up speaking to them and they told me that there was nothing they can do. So i realized i was stuck with yet another car with problems. Maybe it was my fault for rushing to buy it, but maybe it was my fault for going there in the first place. The dealer was happy to sell me the car after i told him my story. Mechanically the cars okay but i was not happy with it. If u do go there be careful to comit to buy and make sure everythings in writting. I had a bad experience but maybe u wont if u know what u want. Dont rush to get into a big purchase like a car but thats easier said then done. Everybody lives in a different paste. May god help u....peace.

They have excellent customer service. They are really friendly they treated me with a lot of respect. They make me feel like I was a VIP. They answered all my questions honestly and clearly. Adrian is a nice guy hell get you a car, however be careful the cars he sell are no good and hell argue u that they are good. I only had the car for a week and so many things were wrong with it. The transmission seemed to be going, the struts were bad and some other issue. Through it all I did receive a full refund but go with a mechanic so that way you KNOW for sure if something is wrong with the car.

I had to buy a second car, and i found out that not all car dealers were the same. It was surprising to find out that even though " Spring Auto" was not the biggest dealer i went to, They were able to offer a decent selection of cars, and a friendly one on one service that i was very comfortable with. They made finding the right vehicle, easier than i was expecting.

Im warning people DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! The cars they sell are no good they only good for three months then your stuck with a loan and a broken down car they take your money and wash their hands now im stuck with payment and a car I cant use.
