AT THIS POINT I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE MY EARLIER RECOMMENDATION EVER SINCE I DROVE AWAY WITH MY CAR I HAVE BECOME OBSOLETE MY CALLS GET IGNORED I EVEN SHOW UP IN PERSON AND GET IGNORED LET ME TELL YOU THE HORROR SHOW THIS HAS BECOME YES THEY WORK WITH PEOPLE LIKE ME NO MONEY DOWN POOR CREDIT BEWARE THE FINANCE COMPANIES THEY DEAL WITH ARE VICIOUS ON THE DAY THE PAYMENT WAS DUE THEY CALLED PREFERRED AUTO AND ALL MY REFERENCES AND THEY HAD ME SET UP FOR REPOSSESION BEWARE NOW THEY GET YOU TO PROMISE THEM $1000 IN 30 DAYS OF COURSE THE ENGINE LIGHT IS ON IN MY CASE I SPENT TWO WHOLE SATURDAYS THERE AND I HEARD MANY STORIES TOO MUCH TO TYPE MY REGISTRATION AND PLATES TOOK CLOSE TO A MONTH BUT HAD A DATE 5 DAYS EARLIER JUST ABOUT THE TIME THE $1000 IS DUE I FINALLY THOUGHT IT WAS GOOD BOY WAS I WRONG A WEEK LATER I TRIED GOING TO SEE MY SON PLAY BASEBALL IN SOUTH COROLINA I DIDNT GET FAR THE CAR ALMOST BLEW UP THE MECHANICS AT AAA AUTO SHOP IN EDISON TOLD ME THAT THE WATER PUMP HAD BEEN LEAKING FOR YEARS CAUSING THE CAR TO OVER HEAT WHILE REPARING EVERYTHING THEY FOUND AN IGNITION SWITCH FROM A PRIOR REPAIR HOW COULD THIS DEALERSHIP JUST THROW THIS CAR IN THE LOT AND SELL IT I CALLED ERIC ON TUES 6/29/2016 OH HE IS THE MANAGER I TOLD HIM HOW DISAPPOINTED I WAS HE SAID COME IN LETS TALK I DID A SALESMAN TOLD HIM I WAS THERE AND 40 MINS LATER I LEFT HE NEVER CAME OUT HOW RUDE YOU WOULD THINK HE WOULD BE VERY EXCITED TO MAKE ME HAPPY LIKE I SAID HE DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO COME OUT AND SHAKE MY HAND I GOT UP AND LET THIS WAS ABOUT NOON I AM WRITING THS AT 641PM GAVE HIM AMPLE TIME TO REACH OUT TO ME ITS AMAZING THAT I CALL 30 TIMES OR MORE AND I CANT GET THROUGH THEY CALLED ME 5 TIMES LOOKING FOR THE FOR THE $1000 ITS SAD THAT I HAD TO AIR ALL THIS DIRTY LUANDRY BUT THE PUBLIC NEEDS TOO KNOW I AM SORRY PREFERRED AUTO BUT I CANT RECOMEND ANYONE TO BUY A CAR FROM YOU ITS ALSO SAD BECAUSE I WORK FOR A SCHOOL AND I HAVE CONNECTIONS TO MANY FACULTY AND STUDENTS THAT MAY HAVE THE NEED TO BUY A CAR BUT NOW I WONT SORRY I CANT I Would start off by saying that i highly recommend PREFERRED AUTO SALES i filled out a on line application 3 days later with the help of Mark Luna i drove off with an awesome car. Mark worked endless hours for me and i was on my way. Dont miss understand what i am saying the whole auto team made this happen. This is from almost a year ago, I purchased a 2006 Nissan Maximum from them, test drove the Car for 15min. Didnt notice a jerking of the car until I drove the car to work the next day, at that time I noticed the jerking, brought the car back that evening, spoke too both the ladies, very nice and helpful, and the so call mechanic about the jerking, he saids "oh I know what it is its the transmission fluid, it needs to be changed" I said not so sure, but I have two mechanics of my own, will talk too them about it, I did so that Saturday, first one says I must learn the history of the trans, meaning u must know if the previous owner changed the transmission fluid every 30,000mi. If not the trans will go blank, I love my first mechanic, hes worked on all my previous cars but I went to my second mechanic and the minute I pulled up and said the year of the Maximum, hes exact words "Take the damn thing back, the 2004,2005, & 2006 all had transmission problems" and once I did my research it was true there was a class action lawsuit against Nissan, all I asked preferred auto to do was allow me to be placed in a different car, if I had too pay monthly a higher Note so be it, wanted to work on my credit while having a nicer car, they nor the financial institution wanted to help, I was told to put down another $4000 for a different car!!! What I just put down $4000 on this one!!! Not to mention I didnt get the agreed amount on my trade in, to damn long to go into that one.....lol my advice run as fast as u can from those CROOKS!!!!

Brought my first car from them, yes I had a little bit of issues with the car but I toke it to get it fix. Now yesterday on September 23,2015 I went to go purchase another car, toke it for a test drive and I found a few problems with the car. I spoke to Erick and he told me he would take care of it. Now this is the worst part about it all. One they couldnt get me approved. 2 they toke my license for a copy, I toke the car for a test drive and from there throughout the hole day they never give me my license. They told me to wait and I did. I called them today to find out how is everything going with my car etc and wheres my license? Erick said Ill call you first thing in the morning" today I called them 5 times they all didnt know what in the world I was talking about. First they where busy they told me to call at 11, I did and they said sorry hes using the bathroom please call at 2 & I did. When I called at 2 they said " they are at a meeting " I got pissed I sent my family member . When my family member got there, they werent busy and guess what? They found my license and the car wasnt even there. Isnt that some b.s? Word of advice great customer service? 1. Return your customers phone calls 2. Dont want your time being wasted then please dont waste your customers time either. 3. Be responsible 4. Be honest 5. Respect.

I was contacted by Caleb to come to in last year to look at a Ford Explorer, he is a great salesman works hard to make sure the customer leaves happy. I got the truck only to find out that it wont pass inspection (which is garenteed) and they refused to take it back and over turn the loan. I met with the owner a couple of time where he insisted that I let his mechanic take a look at it and I did , 11 times. After the 11th time, swapped me out of that truck and put me in a Hyundai Veracruz for this truck to have problems I took the truck back to them to let the mechanic look at it again he did some work, removed the error codes and took the truck to get inspected on his own. Now that the truck is not running they continue to tell me that the truck passed inspection and its out of the hands. I have never dealt so used and betrayed like this ever in my life. Even the mechanics that quit felt that the moves they made where wrong. Also when asked about transportation they lied and said they paid for a cab 3 times for me to get home , which never happened. I would never do business with this establishment and there buddies at Wells Fargo dealer services again they are no help either and all the both groups want is your money. I wouldnt recommend this place to my anyone I like!
