My husband and I had got a Honda a year ago from here the car was a good car I sold the car and went back there to buy another car once I got the new Honda from this place the car was no good and then I had to take it back to them and they gave me a different car but I had to pay more money for the other car and to top it off my husband only drove the car from the lot to my house the next morning the car didnt start I took the car to my mechanic and he told me the engine was no good and now they not trying to fix it dont not buy anything from here I will never go back here and to top it off they dont want to give me the title to the car and the man who sold me the car had a bad attitude towards me

Literally the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. The people there were very rude and hostile when asking for simple things.. Even after speaking to the "owner" Of the company and agreeing to a sales price the "manager" of the dealer then tells me that I cant get the car for the price that was agreed upon. Just overall a terrible experience and would not buy from nor reccommend anyone buy a car from here unless you like dealing with rude and shady people.

Worst customer service ever. He did not introduce himself or nothing.This Hispanic guy gave me dirty attitude because I asked if the price was negotiable. He was like oh if you not buying this car why will I negotiate with a mean voice. And those cars are all trash dirty. Thanks for the worse service in history Elizabeth auto sales.you need to send your workers to learn how to talk to customers. I wish I could give a zero stars.

I wish they had a no star option because Every car on the lot is like a garbage can on wheels, literally. Trash, stains, dirt, old shoes you name it. The customer service is piss poor. I will NEVER purchase nor recommend this rat hole to nobody.
