Brought my 08 Navigator on Jan 7th 2015 to diagnose my suspension light,told them that im a ASC Tech for years and ive described to them that my compressor made a loud noise then it stopped working,plus seen smoke at the right headlight assembly.Please check the compressor....they put me into a enterprize vehicle,i requested a Lincoln loaner,they said no..took the rental..The next day,they said compressor is fine the system is functioning normal,you can take the truck...But the truck rear is all the way down,needs to come up...No this is normal ride height...Anyway the Mickey Mouse mechanic bounced the truck and the truck went up a bit...Took the truck out not even 15min into the drive,the light came on again..Brought it back,put me back into the rental..Got a call stating now its the rear airbag solonoids..Called Lincoln human resources,told them about the issue with the compressor...1 month later and 14 days into there loaner,there telling me BOTH OF THEM DANA AND LINCOLN HUMAN RESOURCES THE SOLONOIDS ARE STILL UNAVAILABLE DUE TO CANT FIND A VENDOR TO MAKE THEM>>> I kept saying to both of them CHECK THE DAMN COMPRESSOR...still not checking...OHH YEAH I forgot they charged me 118,00 diagnostic fee...then Dana called me saying they want there loaner back and to put me back into a rental again...Which they took care of the rental fee and insurance,THANK YOU....So human resources told me that they where going to contact Dana and tell them to locate a third party solenoid..Ive done my research,no-one has them..THEY MIGHT BE UNAVAILABLE...Dana called me saying they called 3 to 4 places nothing....Then Human resources told me that if I would consider a suspension kit,meaning taking out my rear bags,hanging my solenoid harness to the inner wheel well and put coil springs..I WENT OFF ON THEM....I went to Dana to pick up my truck,and all I wanted for them to do is to activate the compressor like the day they gave it to me...THEY WOULDNT DO IT...I called the cops,and guess what THEY COULDNT HELP ME,THEY TOLD ME THAT I WOULD HAVE TO GET A FLATBED TO TOW IT TO MY HOUSE....DANA Wouldnt COVER IT....I was pissed off...so I called Geico,they flatbeded my truck all the way to Brooklyn at no charge for the first time...Had the truck home,ordered a brand new compressor with a compressor overheat relay...Took me a HALF-N-HOUR PROBLEM FIXED...Im paying $500.00 a month finance THEY WILL NOT GIVE TO ME,missed diagnosed of a fee of $118.00 WILL NOT REFUND...purchased a compressor and relay of the amount of $418.00 WILL NOT REFUND....WILL NOT EVER GO BACK TO DANA NOT EVEN A GASKET>>>THE MECHANICS THERE DONT KNOW NOTHING AND THERE PROBABLY NOT EVEN ASE QUALIFIED TO WORK ON LINCOLN>>>> I had to fix my own damn truck at my cost and my warranty is worth crap..Because they cant find and diagnose anything right...VERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRY POOR DEALERSHIP,VERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRY POOR SERVICE ADVISORS....I was arguing almost everyday to tell them to check the compressor,and they just ignored my request and left my truck in the lot sagging on its ass full of snow and ice for a month not giving a damn about it.....Anyone having an issue with there Lincoln you call bring it to a real certified ASE tech,thats me,and I will fix your vehicle the professional way,not the MICKEY MOUSE WAY.....Have A Great Day......

I really dont know where to start... First I went to DANA to get a pre-owned Ford E-250. I got a 2014 with only 14,000 miles on it. It broke down in the middle of Manhattan the very next day, we had to get towing to take it back to dealership, however towing company was trying to make me pay for towing even though i had extended warranty!!! The car was towed by certified towing company not to the dealership as it was supposed to be but to a parking lot overnight!!!!!(4pm it was picked up). Not only the back of the car was scratched by them but nobody wanted to pay for fixing it!!!! It only got worse from there. We owned the car for 3 months it was in the service for 29 days!!!!!!!! Finally when we took it to the service the last time we got rental and DANA was supposed to pay for it but they never called that our ford is ready and they cursed me when I asked if the roof they were supposed to paint was done!!!!???? Jeff( service guy) claimed they need separate authorization and I need to return the rental and wait a WEEK to get authorization for roof paint!!!!!!( roof paint was a screwed up job by DANA Before we got the car,After first car wash paint came off). I told them my car is staying in the service until everything is done and they will be paying for my rental until i get my car back. It appeared I was left with $750 bill by rental place!!!!!!!!!!!Why the f*** did i have extended warranty for? when finally I visited DANA with my lawyer they decided to trade in my car for a brand new ford transit! GREAT except they stole my $10,000 right there. The car traded in was actually returned with no money back and I had to pay extra $10,000 as they told me it will go for paying off the bank percentage! BS!!!!!! It was supposed to be $3500 not $10,000!!!!!!!!! Also all i got returned was money from extended warranty!!!!! Seriously PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THOSE PEOPLE! JOHN DALEY AND JEFF ESPECIALLY! I AM CHANGING MY DEALERSHIP AND SERVICE! THEY DONT DO ANYTHING RIGHT AND THEY ARE BEING RUDE AND CURSE LADIES(MY WIFE) ON THE PHONE WHEN SHE TRIED TO CALM DOWN THE SITUATION. BE ADVISED!

Purchase, service a customer service is the worse at this place. Customer Relations Manager, Sales Manager and Salesman never will call you back when you need them. If something is wrong at the delivery of the car I suggest you do 2 things: you either tell them to change the car right there and dont take it home or get in writing if they say they will fix it later. In my case my truck had few issues and took me more than 6 weeks to have them fix it, I called Ford Customer Relations to get them involved and help me get things fixed. During the several times I had my truck in their shop my truck got scratched, they did things mediocre and incomplete. I had my trucks steering wheel column replaced, the Ford Platinum tailgate cover replaced and It still looks crooked, console top replaced and during this process they scratched my trucks left mirror, the steering wheel base covers scratched and the front bumper scratched. At first they promised to fix it and repeatedly insisted to tell me that I will need to fill Fords Survey all excellent for them, but things turned bad when they were giving me a hard time to fix things, then I had Ford themselves involved and push them to do things under warranty. To let you know how un-proffesional they were fixing things I will let you know that replacing the tailgate cover they took a part the whole piece, and during this work they had to break the rear Ford emblem tabs to remove the tailgate cover. After the bad job they did replacing the tailgate cover they put things back together but they also use the same emblem with the broken tabs. This I found out a couple of days later when I brought my truck to the carwash and during the drying process, the carwash blower blow the tailgate emblem off. They should have use a new emblem instead. No to mention they took 6 weeks to have my registration and plates ready for me, because people in the office mentioned to me that my name not even appeared on file. Go somewhere else!!!
