Messy store. Awkward customer service. In fact, borderline passive aggressive. They never have what Im looking for. The game boxes on the shelves do not represent the stock of that particular game. Its a waste of time shopping here to be perfectly honest. You must call them to verify everything first. Otherwise its just a hot mess. Can you guys at least pretend like your soul isnt being crushed by the game stop corporation durning your shift? UPDATE: Shopping here was way better! I added a star. I reserved retro Nintendo DS games via the GameStop app and they had them waiting for me! The games on the shelves were organized a lot better and the gentleman behind the counter with long hair was very helpful & easy going. I appreciate the improvements to the store a lot! I try to come here as much as possible now!

Overall, it was a quick and easy visit to purchase a PS4. However, I dont like how theres this pressure to buy the rewards card and do this and do that all for free games and saving a dollar etc. I dont blame the employees, I blame corporate. I will buy my games online from now on.
