Tried to trade in my Xbox One and the gentleman told me that the IP in my console was blocked by MS without even plugging in the console. The IP isnt on the bottom of the console so Im not really sure where he was getting that info from. He told me that my console may have been opened, hacked, or modified which no it hadnt but just by looking at the tag on the bottom he apparently could tell and was suspicious of me. Took it to another location up the street they laughed took the console no issues. Next time just say you dont have stock to take it instead of accusing me of a serious offense.

I waited for Skylanders Imaginators tonight (October 16th) for the midnight release because a worker said they have one for all of their new games. I was in the lot since 11 pm and when it hit 12 no one was in the store, the lights were off, and nothing was on the shelf ready for the game. I was frustrated and I think that would probably be my last place to go to buy a game unless its exclusive to the store.

Never enough staff. Always one person running the registrar and most of the time they are doing trade ins. The girl today couldnt take 3 minutes to sell me No Mans Sky. No she was too busy flirting and messing around with the two systems that some thugs brought in. I waited 10 minutes without her even acknowledging me. Walked out of the store, good thing theres another store at the mall across the street.

Best place to buy a game. Cheap, used is like new, and if your under 17 and buy a mature game they dont point out a single thing. Also, always preorder there.
