Let me preface this by saying I have been a Replay patron since they opened and I understand the mixed reviews. Ill start off by reviewing the store itself. replay has great hours and a convenient location. Where else can you gas up and buy retro games at the same place? The selection you will find very well rounded they have something for everyone! Price is never an issue, they buy low and sell at acceptable margins to stay competitive and successful. When selling remember theyre in business to make money and if your whatever youre trying to trade in is worth X dollars on eBay then go sell it on eBay. This is a retail store. The store is least clean and never smells like Pastime Legends, Jay St, or GameStop if anything I would say that it smells like shrink wrap. Onto the staff. Billy - hes the younger guy that works weekends there. Hes absolutely awesome 100% customer centric offers the best service from any game place Ive been. Always will make small talk and offer up recommendations. Never is pushy and you dont have a 1 year warranty sale pitch crammed down your throats when you check out. Billys mom is the "crazy" woman people are referring to in the negative reviews. She is not crazy. She works the weekdays and theyre usually pretty long days and she has to put up with a lot of crap from kids that come in as well as people that think Replay is a daycare. Cut her some slack, she a woman in a successful business venture which Im sure is high street when you add it in with all the other things I mentioned. She can come off as aggressive but I assure you that its nothing personal she is looking out for her business interests. Dont show up looking like a thug or acting like a douche and she will warm up to you. She is always pleasant when I come in, always greets me and is always eager to help me find what Im looking for. The bottom line is - if you like movies and you enjoy games Replay needs to be a place you pop into once a week, their inventory is always changing, excellent pricing and service and you get to avoid big box stores and GameStop

It was incredibly awful. Middle aged employee followed me and my sister around the store like we were thieving hulligans and the entire time we were in the store AND after because my sister told me continued to make vulgar remarks about my nephew whos still basically a child kept crying. The level of rudeness she had was unbelievable, and I am not kidding when I say I wanted to deck her in the face with a shiny pair of brass knuckles when I took my nephew out to put him back in the car to get him stop crying she made another remark saying sarcastictly " Yea thank you! " when my sister said thank you for me taking him. I will never shop there again.

I highly advise you, if you are reading this review, to not visit this store. The movies were very organized. However, I found the customer service extremely un-satisfactory. The staff kept snapping at me, even though I was just browsing for a film. I wasnt doing anything to violate any code of conduct, unless the interest of buying a DVD violates any code, which is doubtful. Once again, I would like to advise Google Reviewers not to intend on buying films from this establishment.

Went to trade in DVDs/Blu ray , and the old lady working sighs and seems like she doesnt wanna be there , anyways tells me to drop them off and it was gonna be days till they could take trade them in I suggested to go to the store on route 9 and she tells me he wouldnt appreciate that I assume shes referring to the owner very poor customer service so I decided to keep my movies and take my business elsewhere

This store is awesome. The inventory is varied and extensive and browsing is a lot of fun. If they dont happen to have what you want, chances are they can find it. The inventory changes constantly so its always a surprise. Billy is extremely friendly and helpful. You dont see many stores like this were everything is well-priced and the owners are personable. Best place in the area for movie/gaming needs.

The staff is very knowledgeable here. They may not always have the best prices but they will meet competitors prices if you ask and can prove the pricing. Their selection is over-whelming! I go there whenever I am looking for an old classic video game or movie, and that turns out to be quite often.

Recommended, not a movie goer per say. Watch them once and dont see the need. To one there own. But prices all around are more then fair for a budget or for anyone. Always leave w a smile and the games (u cant deny there is at least one in stock youd enjoy or a few). Give them a peek

Always great prices for everything. Never had any issue with either Billy (the kid who works here) or his mother. Billy is the more outgoing one, the mom is not the instantly warm and fuzzy type but shes still very friendly and helpful.
