The assistant manager talks so fast and sells me random things without explaining if equipment is compatible or not. I wasted so much money; constantly did returns and exchanges because that guy tells me inaccurate information. He is rude to customers. I drive all the way to Harriman to get better service at Gamestop. Maybe he should take the time to provide better info. What a loser.

If youre looking for knowledgeable staff who wont just sell you a game to make a sale and can respect your choice in console then this gamestop is the one for you. So whether you are looking for your next adventure or just arent sure what game someone would like as a gift stop by and the staff will definitely be able to direct you in the right direction.

Just like the last location the manager at least is an a hole. I just dont want to shop at gamestop anymore. Everytime I walk into one its such a sketchy vibe except for when I go to the mall in newburgh. Those guys are awesome.
