Came in today to preorder the SNES Classic with 7 others. Their system was apparently down, so they took our info to call us later and confirm the preorders. Instead I received no call and learned only later when I stopped in again that all preorders had been rescinded, presumably to allow the online store to sell more overpriced bundles. Do not trust this store or GameStop in general with your preorder, they will fail to honor it on a whim without giving you any sort of notice. Because of their actions I missed other opportunities later in the day to secure one.

The employees here are fantastic! Their midnight launches are always well executed, and they have a knowledgeable and helpful staff. I have been helped mostly by Ian and Connor, both of whom create a friendly atmosphere that makes you feel like youre just hanging out rather than making a purchase. They clearly get the job done and know their stuff. They understand the gamers perspective and can help anyone find the best game and system to get the most enjoyment out of it. I will definitely return to this location for a professional and personalized experience.
