So i stop in today to make a purchase but needed help. i asked the girl working the counter and she doesnt understand what i need and says she needs to get Steve to help. after waiting a good few minutes he comes over and i explain to him what i need and he opens the case and just then the phone rings. so instead of the girl, who does not know what i need, answering the phone, Steve walks away and answers the phone leaving me with the salesgirl that does not know what i need. So i guess a non-paying not even in the store person is more important than a WANTING to spend money customer that IS in your store. Sorry.... but that is some not too desirable customer service. Off to Rockland County.... the drive may be far but they are wanting to help you there... good customer service goes along way!!!! ***UPDATE*** Stephen reached out to me and apologized and made me an offer to make it right. i took him up on that offer and he truely did make things right. I commend him for reaching out to me, i appreciate that gesture and i am changing this review to reflect it.

The place use to be cool when I was a kid. I honed all my shop lifting skills there. It was so easy to steal porn. Couldnt do that anywhere else at 15yrs old. Now that im pushing my mid 30s, I understand what everyone use to say about how the owner is bias to men working there. I ask for a job, dude says nothings available. I asked if I could even clean the toilet after hours for some free godsmack and five finger death punch gear. Still got a no. Im lost ready to leave and a girl, gotta be all of maybe 20, walks in. Stupid red and blue hair, spikes around her neck, enough make up to bury a small army up to their necks, talking about how she loves Korn and coal chamber. Owner thinks I cant hear, immediately asked her if she wants to work off the books. Can someone say "sexual deviant"?!?!

Rock Fantasy is the best, hands down. First of all the customer service is always great and I always feel welcomed. Another thing is that they have EVERYTHING & ANYTHING you could be looking for when it comes to "smoking" accessories and things. I always stop by the shop when Im home from college and plan to do so for a while into the future.

This is one of the greatest stores on earth. Great selection of music if youre into rock or metal both new and used. Friendly people work here and are very helpful. Great decor. Huge pinball arcade with all the latest and greatest games. What more could you want?
