I HAVE THE WORST SERVICE EVERY TIME I GO INTO THAT STORE!! EVERY TIME I NEED TO MAKE A RETURN THERE IS ALWAYS A LINE BUT THERE ALWAYS SEEMS TO ME OTHER ASSOCIATES BEHIND THE SERVICE DESK AND IN THE LITTER OFFICE BEHIND THE SERVICE DESK WITH NOTHING TO DO. A FEW WEEKS AGO WHEN I FINALLY GOT HELP I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE STORE MANAGER. THE CASHIER WENT INTO THE LITTLE OFFICE BEHIND THE SERVICE DESK AND I COULD HEAR THE MANAGER AMY VALKIVITCH SAY TO THE CASHIER WELL SHE WILL JUST HAVE TO GET IN LINE AND WAIT WHILE I FINISH MY LUNCH. I WAITED 15 MINS UNTIL SHE CAME OUT AND SHE WAS BY FAR THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL LOOKING "STORE MANAGER" I HAD EVER SEEN. I CANT BELIEVE YOU HAVE HER REPRESENTING YOUR COMPANY. MY COMPANY IS DONE DOING BUSINESS WITH HER AFTER THAT. SHE WAS VERY RUDE. I WOULD REALLY THINK ABOUT REPLACING HER. DO NOT SHOP AT THE ROCHESTER HOME DEPOT -JUNE BAKER

This store needs some responsible management. Went there to reorder more merchandise I had already ordered previously. Took over an hour!! The information was already there!! And I noticed employees wandering aimlessly around the store. What was the worst part for me was that the plants needed to be watered badly and all these workers were doing nothing!! Management should be fired!! Then when I ordered carpeting the guy they sent out to measure screwed up royally and I ended up with tons more carpet then I needed. Terrible all around. I only go now when absolutely necessary.

Not a single knowledgeable person working there. Very lazy employees in the lumber area. And aparently its completely acceptable to have bird droppings all over the garden area. Disgusting place. Oh and lets save the best for last. Druuuuummmmm rrroolllllll! They are responsible for 3 bank card breeches come to find out. Save yourselves the time and trouble. Go elsewhere!

Parking areas usually not very clean, store is very often average in terms of cleanliness. I feel most of the associates very helpful, but there are a few to avoid. I find it surprising and very inconvenient that larger carts are generally kept outside taking up approx. 1 full isle of parking, Lowes is very thoughtful and always has appropriate carts in areas of high use.

Im not a fan of big box stores or chains but sometimes you have to come. The reason I am giving it 3 stars is for the awesome service we get from the pro loader Dennis. He is a great guy and very friendly. Every time we come he remembers our names and helps us load our stuff. He will chat with you and is very polite. Definitely makes that place a great one.

I would like to say that the evening crew that worked there Monday night on 4/18/16 were very helpful and very happy people from the person behind the paint counter to the cashier to the guy grabbing carts outside they were all very helpful and kind and I can tell it was genuine and not just their job to be so helpful, very great experience.

Generally speaking the Home Depot has what I need to do the types of projects I might take on at my home. My biggest knock on the place is that sometimes it is hard to find help but if you know what you are looking for and maybe even use the website to find where in the store what you want is, you should be good to go.

Lack of accountability amongst associates, often stranding customers. Long lines and often lax standards. Too few associates know enough to help you out and are often hard to find. With this cultural value, HD markets itself as a contractor only spot. Lowes is much more appreciative of its customers.

Worst customer service ever!!!! Waited 30 minutes to get drywall and asked for help getting it into my truck. No one ever showed up but employees were standing around chatting it up. Will never use the Home Depot again. Wish I could return everything and go to Lowes

It was terrible, the peraon in the department I need supplies was busy stock shelves. They could not help me with my questions. This is not the first time it has happen to me. I rather pay more at Lowes where the service is much better.

If you need anything for your house or yard they have almost anything you want. I got a graet deal on washing machine and delivery and removal of old one

Have yet to meet an employee that seems to fully know what theyre doing. Also not sure why all the flat beds live in the middle of the parking lot
