I finally got my finances ring today, two months to the day after I had it ordered. They originally told me "2-4 weeks but probably closer to 2 weeks." Over 8 weeks later, I got it. They said that they didnt know that their manufacturer was going to close down for two weeks for the Chinese new year, even though that happens once a year. Even then, it should have been here long ago. The manager made up excuses and didnt seem competent when he was confronted. They wouldnt allow me to cancel the order and get a refund. The only thing they gave me was a "loaner" ring so I could actually propose. They also gave me a free mens ring, which should come standard if you go to another place. They tell students that they get 50% off the price of the ring. Well, if you go to their website, the price of the rings are already 50% off. They will tell you that it is their promotional price. Over 8 weeks later, the prices havent changed on the website. So if you are not a student, you better tell them to give you the website price. They run a terrible business. I do not recommend going here if you are planning on getting engaged quickly. You will have to wait forever to get the ring. I will say that the ring is very nice and we are very pleased with it.

I would not recommend Jensen Jewelers to anyone!!! Go to Main street Diamonds, WAY better deals and service. It took a little over a month just to get my fiances ring after purchasing it. And when I finally got the ring, three diamonds fell out of it after her wearing it for only two days... TWO WHOLE DAYS... ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? That should only happen if a lawn mower were to run over it... We took it to another jeweler to have it looked at and they told us that the halo was squished together with vice grips causing the diamonds to fall out and the circular halo to become oval shaped. They also gave us the wrong band... Needless to say I was not very pleased with my investment... at all... hence this negative review. I payed for a ring and they failed to deliver what I asked for. I understand everyones situation is different, but go to Jensens at your own risk. You have been warned.

We went into Jensens early in July of this year. We picked out a setting to fit my MOTHERS diamond inside of it. They told us it would be ready in a couple of weeks, but we waited more than a month. We finally got the ring, and it was THE WRONG RING. I also wore it for a day, and three diamonds fell out. We asked a different store if this was normal, and they said diamonds should only fall out if a lawn mower ran over the ring. We called Jensens, and they werent very apologetic. Kaleb, one of the stores managers, made us feel like it was our fault completely. He denied us his bosss phone number several times before we actually got it to solve the problem. We finally got the fixed ring mid October. We just wanted it in July. Terrible customer service, terrible quality. Overall, just a really bad place to get a ring.

Jensen Jewelers is a rip off. This is the first place we went into, signed a contract, and the ring was supposed to be here within less than three weeks. They said the ring is half off for college students, when in reality, they just bumped the price way up so they could still make the same price. We then found a bigger diamond for less than half the price of how much Jensens diamond was at the half off price. Their insurance plan is not useful at all, and has no coverage. After the three weeks, we went back and found out that the band still hasnt arrived, and it was the wrong band anyways! We ordered the right one and again, three weeks. It has been five and it is still not here. Gee thanks, Jensen Jewelers. Now I had to put my wedding off and a whole lot of inconvenience.

I received some of the worst service here. I had visited Jensen Jewelers in Rexburg to find a ring for my fiancé. The first time I went my fiancé picked out a ring that he liked. They said they would save the information in their system so that the next time I would come back I would know which one it was. They told me it would be half off & that I could get it in two to four weeks. When I went back to get it none of my information was in the computer, they wouldnt give me half off, & they told me that it wouldnt get in for four to six weeks. I ended up going somewhere else & finding the same ring for the third of the price & will have it by the end of the week. I do not recommend Jensen Jewlers to anyone trying to find quality service & good prices.

Honestly after reading some of these reviews I was hesitant to purchase here. However after actually going in and TALKING to them it was a completely different experience. I had zero problems and the staff bent over backward to help me out with a warranty issue. I purchased a set of pearls for my mom, I had an issue with the pearls, and hands down best customer experience Ive had at a retail store. Because the experience was so great I returned and purchased an engagement ring. The only reason that I can think of for someone to leave a bad review, is because they didnt listen and expected a hookup. These guys were fair and I will continue to give them my business.

The guys here are very friendly. More than a year ago I was ring shopping, checking the main stores in rexburg (main street diamonds, alpine jewelry etc.) and this was by far the best. They werent pressuring me to buy as if desperate, yet they were willing to bargain to a decent price, even offering a student discount. They were awesome! Great and simple, yet beautiful rings. I have since then returned and they have polished our rings (not just hers, but mine spindle with another CTR ring). I would recommend them to anyone.

I actually went to the one in Idaho Falls but my fiance and I had a great experience. We bought a ring through the manager of this store and Idaho falls and he was great. Didnt feel pressured in anything, clearly explained everything I was responsible for, answered all my questions and didnt beat around the bush when I asked hard questions. Got a great price on the ring too, students are eligible for a 50% discount. That alone should be a reason to buy here, not to mention their warranties are excellent.

bought my wifes ring from them and it turned her finger green, Doesnt sound like 14k gold to me.when they went to replace it they gave her a silver ring plated with gold, when i specifly told them not to. they have so many hidden fees, ive been charged an extra 100 dollars than what we agreed and i never missed a payment. Terrible customer service. I hate going into that store but i always have to because they always mess things up that i have to go get fixed. Not to happy
