I went into this place with two watches that needed new batteries. The man at the counter helped me change them out and taught me all the intricate details. One of the watches needed a special tool to fix. Afterwards he said it was free and he was just glad to help me learn. I couldnt believe it. They are so courteous and nice. Ill definitely be back if I need any other jewelry repairs.

Im very disappointed with clock repair service. I had to replace clock crown detail and after I found that new one didnt fit well and asked about changing to different one, Ive been charged twice cause "its already fixed and if I dont like its only my problem". I dont know about jewelry they have, but I wont recommend anyone to use clock repair service.

Good place to get a watch or clock fixed. Left a small dab of glue on the inside of a replaced crystal. Offered to redo the work for free or give a reasonable discount on the work as-is. Professional, fast, and honest. Will go back. A real watch repair shop. They have all the tools, lathes, etc to repair in house and dont contract out.

This place is great. I needed a battery replaced in my G Shock watch. $10 and 15 minutes later its good to go. He even set the time and date, which Ive had other watch guys give up on!
