Our family has used Anderson Jewelers services now on 4 separate occasions, and each time, they have surpassed all of our expectations. Whether it was performing such tasks as changing the pins in the band on our watches or if it were performing a complete overhaul of our time pieces, Anderson Jewelers has always come through in a timely manner and with impressive results. We will certainly continue to use their services and would recommend that anyone else do the same.

Very honest and forthright people to work with. Anderson has repaired and replaced batteries in several of our watches in a very timely manner. We took a Sieko gold nugget and diamond mens watch to them for appraisal. Mike spent a lot of time with us and provided an accurate description of the gold nuggets and diamonds so we could provide a good description for eBay. He did all of this at no charge. Needless to say, we were appreciative of such good service.

I went to Fred Meyers out of habit for a watch repair. They told me they did not have the right tool and would need to send it to their watch guy. They said that would "Take a few weeks." and that no one else in town did watch repair. They were wrong. One quick search and I found Anderson Jewelers. I went to his store and I had a new battery and working watch in under 5 minutes, for less than Fred Meyers. I will be going back to Andersons.

I heard his ad on the radio. He said he is state licensed and certified gold buyer, which there is no such thing! He is false advertising and he cheated me on the price of my gold. I am so glad I walked out of there and went to the very next place in downtown. They are nice people and paid me substantially more than what he quoted.

My watch band broke off so I took it here. The guy said it needed a new pin and it would cost two bucks and take 30 seconds. He wasnt lying! The guy fixed it while I waited. Possibly the most hassle-free experience ive ever had with a repair. Highly recommend.

I had a watch that needed a couple of links taken out of. I had taken this watch to 3 other places in town and was turned away due to the unusual nature of the links. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and quickly fitted my watch for a great price.

Showed up at 4:25 for a quick watch repair. The sign said "back in 10." Came back at 4:35 and he wouldnt open the door because he was closed. No closed sign or anything. Not what I expected from a small town jeweler...
