I ordered kitchen cabinets through Gran Banks INC.working with Meghan Ewart, "kitchen designer,”(I am using quotations marks because she has no product knowledge). I placed an order on 7/06/12 with lead time around 5 weeks,after approximately 6-7 weeks I had to call Meghan to find out if the order was there. At that time I was informed order it was, and could be delivered to my house. When the order arrived to my house, all packaged, I paid the rest of the money owed. The delivery people wouldn’t unpackage the boxes.After I opened the boxes, I realized some of the door had blemishes and Meghan forgot to order the "toe kick". She came to my house on 8/21/12 to take some pictures of the doors and promised to order the 7 doors and "toe kick". She NEVER placed an order until 8/28/12 and because it was so close to the holiday production and delivery of the items was delayed until 9/13/12. Out of the three doors she ordered I could only use one, because one had the same blemishes as the first and the other was solid wood but needed to have a glass insert. I got in contact with Lansing Banks, the owner of Banks, after I realized that Meghan would wait for problem to go away before she would do anything to fix it. Even contact with Lanse Banks didnt helped the matter.Response to my invitation to visit my house and see the situation was an automated response that Lance Banks would be on the vacation until 9/24/12, today is 10/9/12 and I still have no response from the Grand Banks company. BOTTOM LINE IS I WOULD NOT SUGGEST DOING BUSINESS WITH GRAND BANKS INC.

Grand Banks is increadibly resorsful. I needed a replacement hinge for strange cabinet door. After 90 minutes of failed online searches I took it to Grand Banks. There highly experienced kitchen sails team where able to identified and order me a new one. It felt great that a building supply store that specializes in selling windows, doors, kitchens, and bathrooms would pay that much attention to a customer in need of a hard to find $10 hinge. Thank you Grand Banks. By the way they have an impressive show room. When my wife and I are ready for that custom kitchen I will be hands down working with you.

Bought a door from Grand Banks after trying to figure out what I wanted and got no help at Home Depot or Lowes. Drove them crazy with my constant questions and many visits. But each time they were great! Answered all my questions and ended up avoiding buying the wrong door for my type of house and climate. The price was also the same as anywhere else. Highly recommend them!
