Was there today to buy a Bday gift. After finding a worker and asking for help we were told that they were out. Thats it ....no let me check another store ....no we can order it to go to.your local store...nothing. while my son was dealing with this I was also looking for help with hanging a pic on a painted wall. The first person sent me to paints the second one in paints sent me.back to the first one. It was just a mess.from.the first min to the last. We left there and went to the Home Depot in Middletown. Now they know customer service.

We would have had a horrible experience if it wasnt Joyce in appliances. Issue was in plumbing. Called before before we came. We needed pipes cut. Person on the phone said he could cut pipes til 8. When we got there, no one was available to help us. After 2 hours and a price reduction and eventually the plumbing person, we finally got the pipes. If it wasnt for Joyce this would be a very bad review. She should get a raise.

These unpatriotic managers would not give me a veterans discount on a refrigerator. I used to work there and the line that they are not making any money on that item is bs. I was at this same Home Depot before Black Friday when they had the ge fridge clearanced for the in the store model. I went to lowes and saved money there. This store sucks, and I will be reporting them for there behavior.

Excellent selections in the garden shop. (Fresh Arrivals) Allot of sale items in all pot sizes. You can find almost everything for the garden here. New pots of every colour and style as well. This location is a super store and they carry many items not found in smaller stores. I like shopping here over Middletown store. Also many of the floor sales helpers seem to be very helpful.

It took awhile to find an Associate to help me find a lock for luggage. Once I did they were helpful an pleasant. Also the cashier was helpful in showing me how to use there card scanner equipment, to pay for a purchase. The store is rather large and aisle signs are vaguely informative. Usually I have to go through aisles to find items.

They took forever trying find a push rotary mower. It says they had 7 in stock. And yet not even one can find were they ended up. What a waste of my time. Half hour to get there ( because my local one doesnt ever stock them)and half hour waiting around.

They dont give you 5% off now wen you use your home depot car and wont give all veterans a discount this manager this new manager is the one that set these "new policys " other home depots still offer the 5% off and dont give veterans a hard time.
