We went to the store because we needed to cover a body shaper under her wedding dress. We we asked for help all the 2 clerks did was point us to were wedding fabric was. When I told her we needed help she once again pointed in the direction of the fabric. Horrible customer service. The only good thing was the cashier told me about a coupon

Incredibly rude staff today -refused to assist me even though no other customers were nearby. I am "invisibly disabled " and only ask for help if I really need it. I also got a very nasty answer to a simple question about framing, a service which I apparently should have known is not available.

The employees are rude and seem to have better things to do than assist the customers. Additionally, I went there once and their systems were down. I understand that can be a problem, but this organization needs some form of backup!

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. Given it multiple tries and these associates never fail to make it very clear that I (and every other customer) am a HUGE burden to them when Id like to make a purchase.

The employees at this location are at best, not helpful, and at worst, rude. I suppose it is the only game in town so customer service and professionalism is not high on the priority list. Pricing on many items is quite high.
