Im in here at least twice a week. I love Michaels in general, and the staff at this store is great, very friendly and helpful. I particularly recommend their Custom Framing department--Ive had eight pieces framed there and loved the result each time. My only complaint, if you could call it that, is that I wish the store itself was larger so they could carry larger lines of products like the Michaels stores in the suburbs do. But considering this store is smack dab in the middle of one of the most densely populated areas in New England, I think they do a remarkable job supplying products for a wide array of crafting needs!

You can basically get anything you want here. Its honestly pretty crazy. The thing is you can also get basically anything you want online too, and its always cheaper there... That being said: if you need something fast or just like seeing things before you actually buy them, then this is a good place to go.

I like this Michaels because its right at a T stop. The only downside is that its underground, so the cell reception is poor. If you are like me and like to use a coupon when you visit, make sure to load it on your phone and take a screenshot before you go down the escalator.

Lots of crafty things but not as much depth as a specialty store (art store for art supplies, fabric store for sewing, etc) if youre after something more obscure. Still, they manage to cover 95% of our needs. Friendly employees. Look for the weekly coupon in the paper.

Large selection of craft supplies. Two floor layout can be a bit tough to find what youre looking floor. The staff was a bit distracted the last time I was there. Had some difficulty finding what I was looking floor and the aisle wasnt particularly well stocked.

Dont let the storefront deceive you, this location is large. They have a fantastic variety of items and the employees have been helpful. Would recommend for anyone in need of art or craft supplies. They also have seasonal selections (e.g. christmas trees)

Huge place exclusively for arts and crafts! I took my sister there since she likes crafts and she loved the entire range of Michaels products. Affordable prices too! Easy to reach, right across the road from Porter Square station.
