I will never return to this store. The woman behind the fabric counter, Betty, was extremely rude and not helpful at all. It took her a half hour to cut seven and a half yards of fabric. And, I had to go over and remove a sign to show her the correct price. After this I waited in line for thirty minutes while one person cashed out fifteen people. I walked out at this point leaving sixty dollars in fabric because I did not want to give my money to such a greedy corporation that can not spend the extra money to hire a few people and properly train there employees to do their job and be courteous.

I just drove half an hour to get to this store and the custom framing person wasnt even in. I was asked to wait 20 minutes for her to show up! That is absolutely absurd. There is no place on the website that says the custom framing has different hours than the rest of the store. Im livid that I spent time on my day off to even walk into that store. Additionally- when I called to lodge a formal complaint. The acting manager, Michelle, gave me attitude and basically hung up on me. I will not be going back there ever again.

Bright, clean, friendly, helpful, lots of choices, great coupon policy. No bike rack. Hard for me to reach by transit but GATRA serves the nearby Walmart in the same plaza. So it would be a relatively easy walk from a GATRA stop. Ample parking. I wouldnt expect any issues parking a wheelchair lift van here. The store is in North Attleboro Marketplace.

Never enough people at the cutting counter. The store is named for FABRIC but you cant get it cut. I have walked out many times empty handed. They have a store that big without enough help. Makes no sense.

Good.I checked out the beautiful yarns and colors.Found out yarn i want will be on sale Wednesday. The 2 women that help me were very pleasant and checked yarn prices for me.There all very nice there.
