Woman (dont know your name) thank you for kicking me out of your store. I walked in at 9pm.. picked out a couple frames because I was just trying to frame a couple things for my new house that I moved into.. we have a housewarming party tomorrow. I just was quickly trying to decide between two different frame styles when you came waltzing along (going out of your way to find me) to tell me the store is closed and you closed at 9pm. Well MAYBE just MAYBE you shouldve closed the doors at exactly 9pm, that is your fault so us customers believe you are open since we could walk right in. So I drop the frames and walk out, I make it to the door and they are locked and she yells "the doors are locked!" Then proceeds with "you couldve purchased your stuff, the registers are still open" WHY THE HECK WOULD I BUY MY STUFF WHEN YOU BASICALLY SHOVED ME OUT THE DOOR. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I have worked in plenty of retail stores to know if that door is not closed you can not reject a customer. I also own a business and the customer service from this woman was a disgrace.

Easy to get to and easy to park. The store layout is nice. They do not have everything I need, but no store could stock everything. I would love to see this store become a Michaels Warehouse (in addition to their regular items, they would sell all their overstock items and discontinued items). This Michaels could be like Hobby Lobby. They could buy the Golfsmith next door and expand their store.

This is a great place to find craft idea stuff. Have been there many times, much better than AC Moore and the checkout is a lot easier. I have always gone in looking for one thing and come out with a load of other things that I could use. I would highly recommend this as youre number one craft store.

The store was pretty messy. They seemed to be stocking shelves and so there were boxes and shrink wrap in the aisles. That said, they were at least well stocked. They didnt have what I needed so I ended up leaving without getting anything.

This is the biggest store among Michaels stores I ever seen. It has a great choice of crafting things. I bought here photo frames 5x7 inches. Lots of frames there. I like customer service there, very paitent and helpful employee!

I Store is a mess. Obstacles everywhere. Staff standing around chatting. Sent me to wrong area for window sealer. My skirt got caught on some wire mesh poking out from a pallet in the front isle!

Lots of great craft supplies. Only reason I didnt give this 5 stars is because there are never enough employees around to help you locate items or answer questions. They need more staff available
