The employees are very unprofessional looking and acting. Every time I go in and I have a question about an item I can never find anyone because half the time they are outside taking cigarette breaks and not actually there to work. Its frustrating to be honest. I love the store and what they have to offer but if I cant find anyone to get help, why support this store when I can go to another Michaels location and get all the help I need?

As a photographer, I LOVE this place for stocking up on frames. Just last week I scored a 24x36 photo frame (NOT a poster frame) on clearance for just $25!! Now I can finally frame the 20x30 landscape I took over a year ago. As a family of creatives, this is our go-to place for affordable art supplies.

Can always find something unique and interesting. Prices are sometimes a little higher than Id expect, but I can usually find some good deals here, too. I wish the bead section were a bit larger, but its a minor complaint.

Every time I walk into Michaels I want to start crafting! Friendly and helpful staff and what a selection - I mean fake fur, bird feeders, sewing supplies and foam busts all in one store!
