I had such great service in this Michaels! The canvas I wanted to purchase was very high up on the top of their shelving and I first I was hesitant to ask for help (I didnt want to be a bother) . But then a kind sales associate came over and asked if I was in need of assistance, and in less than a minute she had a ladder over to the aisle to get my item. I collected a few other needed things (including some bright acrylic paint, their color selection was vast) and headed over to the register. The cashier who rang me out was very friendly and even scanned in two coupons into my order! Yeah, two free coupons!! I thought I saw them being scanned in, but the cashier did not mention anything to me. When I overlooked my receipt I was shocked that someone would do a kind doing now a days without taking recognition for it. I left this store with a huge smile on my face. Not only was I given excellent customer service but I also saved money! I recommend this Michaels to any person with arts and craft needs.

Wide selection but not deep. This place is not for someone who wants really get into a particular craft out art. Its great for kids activities and the basics. They a frame shop too. I think its pricey but stand alone framing stores are probably even more so. If you sign up for there offers you do get some legit coupons in the mail, like 50% off.

I do a lot of my own photo framing. This store is head-and-shoulders above my local Michaels in terms of stock, especially grab-and-go mats. I went here for the first time yesterday, and it is worth the 30-minute drive. Great friendly staff here as well!

Whenever I do go to this location in Hudson Ma, the staff is helpful and kind. The cashiers are friendly and shows good work ethnic. It is pleasant to go into a craft store where it is organized and easy to find what you are looking for.

Typical products. Sometimes a wait to check out over the weekend as lack of staff, but staff are lovely and helpful ands they do a really good kids craft session and birthday party.

Went looking for Plasti-dip, but ended up picking up holiday decorations. Proces were good, and store layout is fairly easy to navigate.

Things that are on clearance for a while rarely gets reduced further. After a while clearance bin starts looking like a rats nest.
