I came to the shop at 10 minutes till 6. The shop closes at 6 oclock. When I pulled in and got out of my car I noticed Frank (found his name of later) rushing to the door to lock it. I made it to the door before he did and went inside. He said that he was closing early because he had to go pick up his son. I said that I wanted to look really quick because they didnt close until 6 oclock. He insisted that he needed to close because he didnt want his wife getting mad at him for not picking up his son on time. Im looking to invest possibly thousands of dollars into a bicycle and now Im asking myself "why I should go here at all"? Im giving this review a 2 because Id been there a week before and another younger gentleman helped me and actually really answer some of my questions and seem genuine and tried to give me good customer service.

A good bike shop. But the massive clutter of bikes that are not even sorted, the parts department with staff that didnt have much knowledge and the care of that I looked around for 10 minutes without a person pecking at my head. I like for someone to attend to my every whim while Im shopping, not to check if Im stealing anything from a distance. Selection of bikes was not very good. They had all sizes, shapes and colors. But no bmx, which Im not into, nor any downhill or track bike. Maybe I passed something because the entire store was a cluttered mess. Most stores have cheaper bikes up front or on the ground, road bike to the right, mountain and women bikes to the left and specialty scattered about. This place was a wreck. I gave 3 out of 5 because they were sorta reasonable with their prices, if you can find them.

I give this store two stars because most of the staff is extremely nice, mostly the younger guys. I bought an inner tube with a hole in it, I have been working with bikes for years, and have changes hundreds of inner tubes. After calling them a man named Frank answered the phone, after discussing the problem he said he could not do anything about it, he accused me of the problem, and said he could look at the hole but for 5 dollars. the inner tube i bought was 2 days old after i found the hole Frank said he would not help me with my problem at all, the only way to get help from this guy is to pay him, even if you want help on a product bought from his store. all the staff is very nice and helpful except for Frank, SHAME ON YOU FRANK

Service was good at first and my father was thrilled when the backend of my beach cruiser was redone. However, we popped the front tire, and it sat for a few weeks. I later replaced the front inner tube, and was riding normally. The next morning on my way to school, the back end that they had rebuilt locked up, ripped open my inner tube and sent me over my hand bars. For a flat tire they are good, but for anything else, they are a temporary fix.

I went unhelped for a good 10mins while 2 guys stood behind the counter eating, then someone came out as I was about to leave. A little too late there buddy. They claim to be a specialized dealer, but only carried 3 specialized bikes in stock. I cant believe they let me wander around when they could have helped and won my business.

I went in to get a new rear tire, mine had a busted tube. These guys not only took care of that, but they fixed my front brake and the basket that sits on my rear wheel. They were so kind and helpful, and it all took less than 15 minutes. Seriously the best bike shop ive ever been to.

Mike is great. The rest of the staff is friendly. I walk in with questions and they are there to answer. I needed help with a build and they found what I needed. The fact they have layaway is great because I dont always have the money up front for parts. I DO recommend them.

When i went to get my front tire changed the service was nice until i noticed the rim of the bike was all gouged out and scratched up from the screw driver from changing it i was very disappointed from the property damage and the lack of care i do not recommend this place

I bought bikes here years ago. I always come back for the service. Recently my bike was in an accident and they fixed the wheel, they could have easily sold me a replacement - but instead saved me some cash. Ill go back the next time I need service, or a new bike.

super nice people. decent prices. always have a good brand in stock, not some cheep crap that youll brake or doesnt do what its made to do. these guys true wheels like crazy and for a good price.(brought back a wheel that I thought was destroyed) thanks guys

I dont know much about bikes so when I walked in for the first time they explained everything to me perfectly. I have been a customer many times and they always take the best care of me. Amazing guys. Its the only place I go to when I need repairs.

They have never tried to screw me over. I even came in there one time and said I needed two new tires and the guy told me I dont need the second one even though he could of just taken my money. REMEMBER to tip these guys, they deserve it.

Called over the phone from out off town and spoke to Marcel. He was very helpful. Asked him about some handle bar widiths he politely place me on hold. Within five or six mins later he told me. I look forward do buisness with you Guys.

Best bike shop in town. Ive always had wonderful experiences, and only use Bike World for tune-ups and repairs. The staff is very knowledgable and always have my bikes repaired in a very timely manner. I absolutely recommend.

These guys go the extrs mile! I was having a hard time finding a custom part foir my old i-drive that they dont make any more, and these guys helped me engineer something that worked. I will definitely use them again!

they have bikes. they sell them! they have parts for bikes and accessories and stuff. great store! never been there... but i plan to go tomorrow to see if they have anything for TREK bicycles.

Very disappointed . Needed new tubes for my bikes . They charged $10 a tire to replace a tube on top of the price of the tube . $75 for 4 new tubes .
