Got a flat tire in front of the store. Walked my bike in and requested a repair. The owner was sitting on the counter having a conversation, obviously not working. When he acknowledged me, he was very rude and told me I could drop my bike off and come back later, refusing to do a quick repair so I could be on my way. Every bike shop Ive ever been to will always address a flat tire on the spot. I also needed a new bike pump. The owner would not allow me to test it out before buying again giving me a very rude response. On the plus side got a great workout running my bike home.

I puchased a bike chain, went home and installed it on my bike. I noticed that the chain was wider than it should be so i took it off and placed it back in the box it came in. yes the box had a slight tear but, still could contain the item very well. I took the unused chain back, I didnt even test ride it because I knew it wouldnt shift properly. The freaking guy didnt accept the unused chain back and not even wanted to try and remedy the problem what a "knuckle head" NEVER EVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

My boyfriend and I came in on a Saturday looking for the piece that connects your seat to your bike. Its a metal rod, I dont remember the name. The staff was extremely helpful in finding this bike piece. They suggested we bring the bike in and they can measure it to see what we need. They measured what we needed and got us the correct piece. It was fairly price and everyone was extremely helpful. If we need anymore help with our bikes in the future, we will be coming here.

The Owner of bikeworx "nick" is a great guy never had a problem with parts or customer service i love this bike shop , everything is organized the business is very clean. Nick is a very intelligent man with parts and bike maintenance. I love The location of the shop right across the street from my local skatepark very convenient I recommend the shop. and much lucky to bike worx and keep it up With the good prices

Bike worx is an amazing place they only sell the best of the best high end parts only some times i cant get a part there because how my bike is its fine though i jus got some new brakes and grips from there grips were odi and the brakes were odyssey ghost brake pads amazing brakes grips the wheel really good i can go about 25 mph and it stops the bike in about 3 to 5 seconds

I had a flat on my fat bike. Went there looking for a 26x4 tire. He sold me the proper size even though I goobered the pressure and thought it was the wrong size. They inflated it to the proper pressure and even adjusted the tube in the tire at no charge. Very smart and great with bikes. I highly recommend this shop.

stopped in since i was in the area after purchasing a used primo hub and was trying my luck at trying to find new pawls and springs. They had them there, and not only was the price already good for a local bike shop they even price matched danscomp as well on anything they have. Customer service is top notch.

Horrible business ethics. And despite what they say, in the state of Nevada it is in fact illegal to charge tax on repairs or maintenance services. Only products sold. This place will rip you off.
