I walked into SW Bikes a week ago, total noob, after purchasing (and immediately busting tire on) a crappy Walmart Huffy bike. The salesguy was super nice, didnt make fun of me for being completely green and obviously out of my element. He put me on a Bianchi Torino... it was immediate love. The price was out of my range, so he put me on a similar model at a lesser price, the Bianchi Cortina. Still out of my price range, but I couldnt believe the difference riding a light, well-made road bike compared to a bulky, too-small Huffy. Im a 511 woman, so the Lady-Bikes at Wally were way too small for me. I needed a commuter bike to get me from home to work (3 miles one way) on a daily basis and get me back in fighting shape. I returned to the shop a few days later to rent a road bike for my birthday and take the Cortina on a spin around the lot. Still in love. I lingered near her when I came back the next afternoon to return the crotch-abusing road bike Id borrowed. This evening I went back, cash in hand, and purchased my very first "real bike". I am SO excited. I road it home from the shop, complete with a blinky light and water bottle thing, which the guys threw in for me. I may be a noob, but this is the most fun Ive had exercising. I cant WAIT to get up early and ride my bike to work. I recommend this bike shop 100%, they couldnt have been more up front and honest about the kind of bike I need and never once tried to upsell me or pressure me into buying.

I took my bike in to them on Tuesday and ask if they could check my tires? Garret helped me get the bike from the back of my SUV. My husband and I tried several times to put air into the tires and did not succeed. He said let us try! So after a while he came out and said it seem to be holding the air. But if the tires would leak then we might have to buy new tubes for the tires. The bike was dusty from being in my garage and he said let me wipe it off for you. He even lubed the chain! I was so surprised when I ask about the charge. I left a very happy mature lady and I will take our bikes there for any maintenance we need in the future. This bike store was like our neighbor hood one I grew up with. They were just there to do the best for you then. The customer service is the BEST!!

I recently had some repairs done on a bicycle at Southwest bikes. The two guys working were very friendly and helpful. They listened to what I had to say and answered all my questions without any condescending remarks or comments unlike other clique shops Ive been to before. It gave me the feeling of a real mom and pop shop where customers are valued rather than seen as walking dollar signs. I didnt feel pressured into buying anything I didnt need and was treated with kindness. The repair was completed in a timely manner and I am very happy with the performance of my bike and will definitely recommend this shop to all my friends as well as return for all my needs in the future.

Dropped my bike off here on Wednesday, since the weather had been getting perfect he let me know it may take till the weekend or Monday morning. They called on Thursday and it was all done. Mind you my bike is just a budget entry level bike from sports authority but from the moment I walked in they treated me so well. He gave me a price for a tune up to the gears and brakes. Here is a place that understands its better to groom a relationship with a customer, and when you as good and polite as they are, yea you will come back, and I will buy a better bike from them when my needs get to it. All in all, great experience from a great shop and great workers. Thanks

Ive been mountain biking for over 1/2 my life (Im 33) and I have never dealt with such a friendly group of guys. Rocky, Dan, Braxton, Bishop, Tim & the crew are always super helpful and have gone out of their way to find obscure replacement parts for the 5 mountain bikes and 2 road bikes owned by my wife & I. Their prices are great, and they recently diagnosed a problem on my Cannondale that eluded the local Cdale dealer! Theyve given good recommendations on places to ride everywhere from SoCal to Utah, and they even rent bikes to tourists who visit Vegas for our amazing outdoor scene. Skip the big name shops in Vegas and try these guys for sales and service.

The most helpful bike store youll find. My dad and I have been going here for 9 years now starting with fixing my bike as a kid. Theyre always willing to bend over backward in order to help their customers. Ill be heading back to college and taking my bike with me this time and wanted to learn how to tune my breaks and derailleurs. Although an inconvenience for them and the way the usually do things they made sure to reserve some time for me to come in and show me everything that I needed to know. No matter what it is they have you as their number one priority and aim to make sure youre happy.

Great bike shop! The customer service is awesome and the vibe is friendly. The owners and staff are down to earth and very helpful. Bought a Bianchi road bike a couple years back for a great price. My wife recently decided to get into a road bike, so she went into the shop with the intention of "only looking." Had a great experience and found a beautiful carbon Bianchi. She loves it! The have earned our business; we are loyal customers and get all of our suppies and service there. Definitely worth checking out if you are looking for a bike shop to call home.

The customer service at this bike shop is the best. I met the co-owner today and I let him know I was just looking. He let my 7 year old son try one of his bikes out in the parking lot and he was so helpful. My sons birthday is next month so Im still debating on the bike he showed me because of the price. But I have checked Wal-mart and ToysRus and their bikes seem like junk compared to the one my son tried today. I might just fork over the money for a bike my son can have for life, instead of a cheap one that will fall apart in a year.

I brought my son in to get an adjustment to his bike as the derailleur was bent. When we were told it would be 3-4 days before repair due to number of repairs ahead. We were worried about the wait, as he uses it for work and needed it next day. Our tech said no problem - took it back into the shop area and 10 minutes later we were on our way with a fixed bike and a very reasonable repair cost. I agree with the other reviewers- this place is fantastic ! very responsive to a customers needs and professional to boot!
