BEWARE!!!!! NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!!! Buying a car is like going to the dentist, not fun at all. Now throw in doing it via internet and telephone, its VERY nerve racking!!! I started off with a salesman, Keon. He quickly passed me off to Jose. Jose seemed nice, but he and I had a HUGE communication disconnect. I would say one thing and he would repeat something totally different. I was ready to give up early and move on. However they had exactly the car my wife wanted and I wanted to surprise her with it. I called the sales manager, Lee. He took over and really helped me. Did all he said he would do. I know he was very busy, but really stepped up big time. It took a week of back and forth but the car was delivered and my wife was rocked. Turned out really great, but then Jesse the credit manager called to let me know they had LOST the CASHIERS check I sent for $14000. He was sure it accidentally got shredded. I made several trips to the credit union and notary to do a stop payment and get a new check. Then they "found" it. The stop payment had already been done so they still needed a new check. They refused to send back the original and expected me to trust them to handle both checks properly, when they couldnt even handle one. I was getting a very uneasy feeling that they were going to rip me off. Jesse also promised another key fob for the car and pay to get it programmed for my trouble. He DID NOT follow through on his promise!!!!!! I would be VERY CAREFUL in dealing with this group. Update: Since I wouldnt send them a new check until I had the old one, they sent Eric via airplane to bring me the old check and collect the new one. He was going to auctions in Ontario anyways. He also made good on the key fob promise. GOOD JOB Eric!!!! Now we are tangled up in DMV paperwork and I cant register the car until their DMV girl, Carla gets it straightened out. I really want to give them an improved review but one thing after another!!! We love the car and I will be so HAPPY to be done with them and have them in the rear view!! Update to the update: Finally got the DMV paperwork through and I hope Im officially done with these people. The only redeemer is the car is awesome!!! 5 weeks of having to deal with one thing after another to complete the process was ridiculous!!! So glad to be done and I would NEVER deal with this dealer again!!!

Full of false promises!! We went on our venture to buy a new car. We found the vehicle we were looking for at Auto Buy Smart. The car cosmetically was in horrible condition for being dirty. We were able to look past the dirt and see the car overall was in good shape. After being insulted by the manager saying "You dont know what your looking at with pricing" we sat on the decision for a week before we bought the car. The car was supposedly detailed and their version of detail is spray some water on it and call it good. We found a missing part of the car on delivery and told them about it the next day. The internet pictures shows the part installed and when we ask about it they accused me of removing it and miss placing it. I said absolutely NOT this part was missing the day we took the car. After driving up there at least 8 different times to show them the missing part they claimed they must have "lost" it. All the while the finance manager was dragging there feet in getting all the required documents in a timely fashion to my credit union. Its now been a month and I finally received the plates from the DMV. I called asking about the missing part and they didnt even have a new one on order. Every time I call or show up they give me some song and dance about how its locked up in the back and call the following week or they will take care of it. Here is the bad on the car we bought. Oil filthy and due change, tires less than 20% tread need changed plus dry root, valve caps on wheels missing, filthy interior full of dog hair and crayons, and missing floor mats and parts. I was ready to return the car back to them after all the trouble we have had. My credit union was the one that talked me out of it so the dealer has them to thank. The car itself we liked despite all the cleaning and fixes we had to do. Customer service sucks as you wont get a straight answer and they dance around every question you ask. The ONLY nice person I worked with was the title clerk. She did everything she could to help us and keep us informed on things. The GM did nothing to help but give us the brush off on every question we had. Buy some where else. Yeah the price was good but I would have rather paid thousands more than have to deal with this place again.

Probably a good place to buy pre-owned luxury cars... thats it. I dont recommend buying their other pre-owned cars unless you do a very thorough check. I bought a 2007 VW Eos from this place last 1/6/17. I traded my car for this one. The person who helped me, Terry, is awesome. I was coming back and forth because I really wanted the car but I wanted it for a lower price. Terry tried to accomodate me till the end. I cant thank him enough for his professionalism throughout the whole deal. I got the car a little bit above my price range but I was okay with it because I really wanted a convertible. After the deal, the problems started coming out one by one. When I walked out of the dealership I was so excited. I walked up to my car and I saw that the inside was still dirty and dusty. They said theyll do an exterior wash and interior wipedown. Interior still same as before. After 2 days check engine light turns on. Had them check, told me car had leaky gasket, not covered on their 6 month powertrain warranty (wow), so I had it replaced for $300, a few weeks after, car started to have rattling sound under the hood, serpentine belt needs replacement and tension roller as well. Had it replaced for ~$500. A month after, had it serviced for 90k miles at VW, was told left rear wheel bearing needs replacement and spark plugs placed are not the VW recommended plugs. Cost me ~$1100. I thought the car wouldnt give me any hassles for at least 6 months because they said they do a "who knows how many steps" inspection but...I really hope its just the car being old.
