this is a nice family owned business and they work with you on payments and they have a good selection of cars and trucks,I started off with 1 car and after a while the service was so good I picked them when I needed another car and I would go and make my payments with James and Barbara and they would make me fill comfortable and relaxed not like a big time car dealership would, this is where this story gets bad and then a slap to the face to a good loyal customer like myself... I had fell behind 1 month and I made a agreement with Barbara to pay it on a day we both agreed on and now im going through a employment change where in 1 week I worked over 70+ hours and barely had time to sleep before I had to get up and go right back out to work again, the worst thing happened and I forgot that I was behind and I had a reciept for the last payment that I thought was paid on time but it was a late payment and I totally forgot about the agreement thinking I was on track with my payments and I never got any type of notice in the mail, phone or cell saying or reminding me that a payment was still behind and the car was parked in my driveway and a friend gave me a ride to work and when I got home at 1:00am the car was gone and my girlfried said it was there around 10pm when she let the dogs outside, now I dont know if the car was stolen or it was a repo because in my mind I was a few days late with octobers payment and I stayed up all night worried about the car and at 9am I called and talked to James and he told me it was repoed , I was confused I said im not late and dont you get a notice before they do a repo like a payment reminder with a warning... not for me. I waited till my girlfriend got home at 4:30pm and we went to the office and James and Barbara was there, she looked like she was building up some anger and I asked her what happened with my car she told me that "I did not keep my agreement and she had to do what she had to" meaning repo my car. so I asked her very politely why was I not given a notice in the mail or a phone call and she turned into the succubus from hell and said "its not her job to call and remind people that they made a agreement" I said yes but a courtesy call would have helped and I told her about my new job and I forgot and she told me thats my problem... the last thing she told me was if I need to get my stuff out of the car its at a impound where I will need to pay to get my stuff out and I started to leave and she asks me so you dont want the car and I just shook my head no. the Edwards family are nice people but dont ever forget anything because you will not get any help or reminder to stay out of penalty you know more money for them and they know you need a vehicle so beware and dont be DUMB like me and forget a small fixable problem that they will blow up to the max, and after all that I still recommend them for low income people that need help to get a car just keep on track with them thanks, Kurt

This place is horrible. Spent over 1500 dollars on a car they would not give back to me. I had the car for a week it started messing up and there was stuff promised to be done so stuff cost over 600 dollars that they threw in my face every time I spoke with them. I got the car back not even a week later supposedly the water pump and thermostat went out. like cant you see that when you do any kind of work under the hood of the car. it dont just happen in one day. Im not that stupid I know a little something about cars. So they give it back and the same day I had to return due to the overheating again when I paid the 150 to get that fixed the first time. not mentioning I was missing work and having to take the bus. Had to go to California for my uncles funeral and used the loaner and apparently you cant take loaners out the state. so now they wont give me my car or money back. can you say big ASS lawsuit? Good luck because im going to make sure it gets to court.

I wasnt really on the market looking for a car. I saw an ad on Facebook and decided to apply. I got approved but couldnt make it down for a few days. The next day i get a call from Barbara telling about a vehicle they just got in. Not only did she email me the pictures, but she held it for me till i was able to make it down. Let me tell you, I walked away with better car than what i originally saw in the ad, and im happy i contacted them when I did cause i ended up walking away with exactly what i wanted at the price i wanted to pay. Not only was the vibe i got from them great, the whole experience was great, when i went down to sign the paperwork, i was in and out in about 30 minutes If your shopping for a car with a no pressure sales approach and dont want to spend all day at the dealership i would suggest you check them out

If you have bad credit, or just lost your car due to an accident or back payments then this might be the place for you! They have decently priced cars for everyone... and I mean everyone. No, this place is not a huge dealer, but they have a good variety of used cars with a decent business model to help those in need. They always try to work with the customer first, and even can split your down payment if you need some extra help. This is one used car dealership that puts family back into family owned.
