Dont buy from here!!! I bought a truck off the lot,was told that the Catalytic converters were bad and need to be replaced, mind you after one salesman told me it didnt have a check engine light then when that salesman was gone the other salesman told me yeah it did have one so they lied!!so they replaced them in the O2 sensors,my truck still has the check engine light on,come to find out that it could be a computer problem which is going to cost me in the range of about $1400 to put in a computer so not only did I get screwed by the dealership then they want to have me also pay more to have it repaired !!! Also not to hide the fact that its transmission cooler lines were leaking transmission fluid and they tried to wash it off to hide it had I not noticed the puddle underneath the truck of transmission fluid it would of got me also!!Being a first time car buyer this is the worst experience Ive ever had!!all thanks to Western auto sales, do not come here if youre looking for a car,your going to get ripped off!!!

I bought a car from them last week amd everything seemed great. The sole purpose for me buying this car is to commute to Idaho Falls every 2 weeks for a split custody situation with my twin daughters. I Drove the car for a week and the check engine light came on (I am assuming they reset it before selling). I took it to a friend/mechanic and the catalytic converter is bad! Also none of the fluids were fresh so they definitely dont service the cars before they sell them. I will call them on monday to see if this is how they conduct business with their customers or if they are willing to make this right with me. The outcome of this phone call or visit will determine whether this stays a 1 star review or changes.

We had been looking for a full-sized SUV or 1/2 ton pickup for quite awhile. Had never heard of this place, but saw an ad for a vehicle we wanted and decided to stop in. The place was clean, and professional. The sales staff was not "pushy" or suspicious. We got there, test drove the vehicle for awhile, talked with the salesman a bit, and ended up heading home with a new ride. Price was right, and the folks there took good care of us. If you are looking for a vehicle in the Boise region, stop by this place.

I purchase a 2007 Monte Carlo at a reasonable price. I did notice a check engine light when I drove off the lot that wasnt there the week prior. I drove it straight back and was told that they would cover the expense to fix the issue in their shop as soon as the next business day. Kate the representative I worked with did everything possible to get me into a vehicle, in a timely manner. It was a very pleasant experience I would recommend this company if looking for a vehicle.

They are the greatest!! I have purchased several vehicles from them. I even bought a old school bus for a yard art at my ranch. Everyone needs a old bus next to there house. My son and daughter drive cars we purchased from them. I my self purchased a record setting 3 vehicles and my school bus of course. Stop by and see the crew and get a great deal on a used vehicle or even your own full size school Bus that you can paint up to look like the partridge family bus.

What an accommodating and friendly staff! Jake was super helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles he was showing us. Once it came time to purchase our vehicle, Kate was very efficient with handling all of the paper work and they got us out the door and on our way quickly! Would recommend them 1,000 times over and will be a life long customer!
