Buying a truck from Amen Autos is like waking up in a third world country missing both kidneys. I bought an 05 Frontier from them. After driving it and deciding to buy it I had them put air in the tires. It turns out the tires were low to hide the fact that it had a bad TPS sensor. On the way home after 18 miles the check engine light came on. Turns out it was the front Catalytic converter that was bad ($950) fix. Oh and then the U-joint went out, the fuel evap sensor/filter/canister went bad. And now it is in the shop because something in the transmission is bad. When I called the salesman after the cat went bad what proceeded was 3 weeks of phone call dodging, hiding salesman and when I did get ahold of someone or went to the dealership all I got was a complete run around and unprofessionalism. They have obviously done this before because they are well versed on the Idaho lemon laws. The engine thats sounded so smooth now sounds like a mid 70s diesel engine. The entire ordeal that I am still dealing with is a solid reminder to only go to factory dealerships. I hope their business burns to the ground!

I have the same feelings about amen auto as the previous complaints. amen makes their autos sound and look great, but their nothing but junk. their word on the quality is the same (junk) I bought a2005 diesel and had problems less than a week. sure it was as is with their word that the motor and trans. were checked out and in sound condition.I paid top blue book price. 16,000.00+ so my family could travel in one vehicle. well 5000 miles later with the numerous problems from the beginning I need $8,000.00 to $10,500.00 to fix the truck as I CONTINUE to make payments for the next 4 years. I do not ever recommend buying anything from Amen auto or the word of their sales people or mechanics.

They consider every BUYER as though they are the only one buying from them. The team is very personalable and professional. Im pleased to have had the experiance with them and have never been let down. I like the fact they are able to get me any vehicle I need, and worked to get me the best financing I qualified for. all you cry babys thinking the dealer owes you something... FYI it was SOLD AS-IS. That makes it your responsibility to have it checked out.. Go by a car off craigslist see how far you get when it breaks. And by the way too the people who bought the 08 lifted Dodge you never called the office.... You keep calling a old salesman who left the office in Oct. the letter you wrote to the bbb you did not respond to, how could the dealer help you... I did do a BBB Research and They are A+ and That makes me feel good. Thanks Guys You Rock!!!

Really? What kind of chicken outfit is this place?? I called on a 15 year old truck wanting to get some basic info to save myself some disappointment by coming 300 plus miles. Asked if they have any maintenance records to show basic history. Salesmens response: It runs, background not in my job description, want to talk to a mechanic? Seriously? I can walk out to any car and tell you in 5 minutes looking in the glove box if the car has been cared for. Stay away!! Unbelievable!

Jose Jimenez is such a great person and salesmen. I bought my 96 Toyota over 4 years ago and gave me a great deal on it. I bought a deisel truck from them and was destroyed when I had emmisions tested and all components required to pass emmisions had been removed. Not cool cheating consumers out of thousands. Will tell everyone I know to purchase from anyone else. I manage a busy construction company and my sphere of influence is very large.

Bought a 2008 diesel truck at come to find out all the parts and piece are missing to pass emissions. Called many times and owner refused to talk on the phone or meet. Time to talk with my lawyer. DONT BY FROM THESE DISHONEST PEOPLE . EVER.
