We had an unpleasant experience from the time we checked out up to the managements response. On Saturday, we were at the register to check out and we noticed that the total amount of the purchase was high. We brought it to the cashiers attention and she attempted to "suspend" the transaction, however she ended up processing it instead, which we did not notice until we left the store with a notification from our bank. After the cashier thought she suspended the transaction, she went ahead and processed the transaction for the correct amount. When we left the store, as stated we received a notification from our bank that our balance was low, which in turn we checked our bank account while still in the parking lot and discovered that the cashier charged us twice for our purchase (1 for the higher amount and a for the correct amount). We immediately went back into the store and spoke to a supervisor who stated that she could not do anything as it was a Saturday. She then called the manager, Gio to come over and assist. This was an understatement! Gio, also stated that there was nothing she could do as their "AP" person had to resolve the issue and that the "AP" was on vacation over the 3-day weekend. We told Gio that there was receipt printed on the 1st transaction (Suspension) so that they could retrieve it from the cashiers trash and reverse the transaction. Gio and the other supervisor would not do it. Gio was very condescending in talking to us, especially when I asked her that the double charge put us in a bind and "what if we did not have any other funds available, since they (Target) screwed up and Gios comment was "well we can go with a lot of what ifs and do you need the money?" First of all....it is none of her business what our financial situation is and to assume that we are o.k. with them (Target) taking another $96.00 out of our account. All we got was 4-$3.00 coupons for our inconvenience which we just tossed to us while we were waiting. Gio stated that she would contact me on Monday with a resolution of the problem/error that Target had created. Gio took down the receipt information of the correct transaction and then failed to get our phone number until I said something. Monday came and we received NO phone call from Gio. I have contacted Target Corporate office on both Saturday and Tuesday to file a complaint about what happened and more specifically the way we were treated by Gio and her supervisors. I will continue to file a complaint with Target until I receive an apology from Gio regarding her attitude and treatment to us. Gio does not warrant having manager as a title.

A cashier denied me a valid promotion on some sleepwear. Being the non-confrontational person I am I didnt argue the case and walked out of the store without my precious star wars slippers. I called corporate to verify that there was no promotion but they said it should have been honored. They connected me to a very nice and efficient Female LOD who offered to recitfy the situation. That LOD went above and beyond the call of duty for my small problem and helped me get something I did need. 5 stars for her. The cashier and self checkouy lady claiming slippers arent sleepwear. They get 2 1/2 stars lol.

Horrible Customer Service, I literally walked circles around two chatting employees while waiting to ask a question, when they finally noticed me they seemed puzzled that I was upset. Just think how much your sales would increase if your employees could and would actually help customers find the products they are looking for. Target management doesnt seem to understand that customers have options. One of those options is shopping elsewhere and that is what I intend to do.

Love this Target location. One of the managers named Courtney W. was extremely helpful and the rest of the Target employees will treat you spectacular even the security guard. I helped him get info on this family that stole from the store to give to the police about 2 years ago and every time I go into the store and I see him he always says hello with a smile on his face and asks me how I am doing. I love this store for so many reasons!!!

Clean, bright and organized store with competent, helpful and courteous staff. Theres a Starbucks and a small food counter serving some pizza and other quick meals. Returns are super easy and customer service helps out with missed coupons and such. The Cartwheel app helps me save more and I appreciate the notices when available for the corresponding products.

This is my favorite Target in the Las Vegas valley area. The reason is that it is probably the newest. There is a Starbucks inside which is really nice. The store is laid out really efficiently. Electronics are in the back and clothing out front. We went once on Black Friday and they set up stations with the various deals so people would not crowd one area.

This Target has many positive things to it, like it has a Starbucks inside of it with free WiFi and it has amazing coffee like any other Starbucks does. It also has decent restrooms and the employees were pretty welcoming when i entered. Overall this Target is good for when you need anything from clothes or office supplies to cosmetics or food.

This is definitely the Target I prefer in this general area. Its always clean and never packed. They have a grocery section - not huge - but big enough to get the essentials, and their prices are lower than most grocery stores. Staff has always been friendly and weve never had a problem returning anything we didnt need/want.

This Target is one of the better Targets in the area. It is clean and adequately staffed. Being from Minnesota I am an avid Target shopper. I only wish the Vegas Valley offered Super Target with a greater grocery supply. Fresh fruits and vegetables are scarce at this Target.

Do not order store pickup here. Items ordered are handled in customer service, so the items often come from their returned items back there. Ordered store pickup twice and received opened or broken items. No plastic bags provided while saying "we dont have it." What?

I love this place, the stores clean, the employees are friendly and they have a pizza hut with jamba juice and a starbucks shop. The starbucks employees are super nice and have been letting me work on my classes the past few days.

Nice store but the womens restroom is consistently disgusting. I just used it 10/29 about noon and everything is spattered with a dried brown liquid, all the floors and doors. For gods sake please clean it up ASAP...

this target is a joke. the phone number doesnt even work. if you call it just dropps you from the line. these people need to get there act together and get the simple things working < like the damn phone lines.

My favorite Target to shop at. The staff is very helpful and they get to know you if you shop there often. They sell everything including groceries and alcohol. Lots of parking and never overcrowded.

I go out of my way to go to this Target. Clean, friendly service, quiet. Love it. Really do not care for the greatland Target on as south Eastern, even though it is much closer to my house.
