My assistant/friend (birthday gift) purchased a bedroom set to include delivery and set up. When I arrived back from my deployment, I find the bedroom set in boxes in my bedroom. I inspect and attempt to set up bedroom set myself only to find missing pieces. I immediately called the factory and found out that they were aware that there where errors in the boxing and some wrongly machined parts. I was told to contact the retailer and it would be taken care of by the retailer, Furniture Place. I called and eventually was hung up on since my bedroom set in original boxes where just over 30 days old (sorry my deployment got extended) and it was "not their problem." That was the only English I understood during the conversation. So, I borrowed a truck from a friend and returned the one defective piece and asked to re-order and send back per Coasters (manufacturer) request. I also asked if the owner could please call me back so we can discuss the solution since they wanted to charge additional money for the missing pieces. I am still waiting for a return call from Mustafo (sp) as promised. Just disappointing that customer service and sales has degraded into its current state. I have been sleeping in a tent on a cot for many months and only wanted to return back home in a cozy bed. Sincerely, Money spent better on a hotel room :(

Tried to buy a memory foam mattress from these clowns. Once we chose and paid for the one we wanted, suddenly it was going to take three weeks to be in stock. They offered a "loaner" (to save their deal) until our mattress came in. We said OK. Three weeks later, we had not heard anything so we stopped by the store. Our salesman was surprised no one had called and he told us he would find out what was going on. The owner got involved and thats when the lies and threats started. Now they said they couldnt get our mattress at all and we needed to choose a new mattress. We decided wed had enough and asked for a refund and the owner went into "negotiation mode", speaking in broken English (hes Turkish) and spitting out numbers he couldnt explain. When I caught him (mathematically), the owner now said that the "loaner" was not a loaner at all and that he considered the transaction a sale and that we had purchased the "loaner". Then he told us that there were no refunds or returns. That left us with a $1300 mattress we didnt order, want, or purchase and a choice to either take the loss and let it go or, as he suggested, sue the store, knowing that the cost of an attorney would eclipse the cost of the mattress. Stay away from this store and its unethical owner and employees. Hes a crook and so are his employees.

These people will rip you off. Bought a bedroom set from them and they delivered the wrong bed frame. When we called to ask for the correct one we were told that we bought what was delivered, and the one we actually wanted was more money. Then there was the mirror that did not show up with the set. We waited for it for two weeks then called the store again when nobody had called us about the mirror. Had we not called to ask where our furniture was, it would not have ever come. When we called to ask about our mirror the girl says "oh, I though you already got all your stuff". No, we didnt. Well, looks like our bedroom set has been discontinued and they no longer have the mirror we bought. So if we wanted one we would have to go back to their store and buy a different mirror that IS NOT EVEN PART OF THE SET. I understand mistakes, but these people swindled us. Please please please, take your business elsewhere.

we bought a couch, loveseat and a sectional there. The delivered and set them up. We have had them for less than 9 months. The sectional is very unstuffy and poorly made. The loveseat broke shortly after we got them in our house. They said they would replace it because it was under warranty but we had to pick it up or we could have it delivered and set up but we would have to pay the delivery charge again. Now the couch has broke and we cant recline it anymore. I looked at the pulpy that reclines it and the screws are rusted and the wire is all rusted too. Im not even going to bother with the warranty this time. Im not going to continue being screwed over by these people. Next time I will go somewhere that has quality furniture. I suggest no one should ever shop here for furniture. Its cheap and you get what your paying for which is garbage!!!!

We came in knowing the specific bedroom set we wanted and brought in a picture of it. After working with 2 sales representatives we were told it would be cheaper to "piece it out". We just received our bedroom set today and of course, they sent us the wrong bed frame. Called to ask why this is what we got and when the correct one would be coming, and were told the bed frame that arrived is the one we bought and if we want the other frame we would have to pay an extra $200. Drivers and installers were nice, but now we have to decide if we want to spend the extra money to get what we thought we already bought. Dont think well come back...

Very bad experience. I bought a NEW dinning table set from them and it came with black stains on the table glass. It is non removable because it is a manufacturer defect. They refused to change or replace. The way they talk to you before you make the purchase is different from after. Mr. John was really impolite when I asked him for an exchange. I wish I could upload the pictures of the dinning table here. Please check the prices of what they are selling in other showrooms or over the internet and you will save a $200-300 at least. That is what I discovered later.

We went to the store and found some stools we like. They dont have any in stock so they have to order. They ordered the wrong items and promised me to price match, call us and deliver for free. None of the promises were delivered. When we called to try to resolve the problems, the general manager said "its only a few hundred dollars, dont bother us again" and hang up on us. DON"T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO GO THROUGH THE HEADACHE WERE GOING THROUGH.

What can I say about Elana :) Shes an amazing person! when I moved to Las Vegas 2 years ago I needed my new placed furnished the "Entire Place" and she made it happen on my strict budget... 2 years later (which is now) I moved into a bigger place and needed more furniture and she hooked it up. I would recommend them to anyone...go and tell them what your budget is and tell them what you are looking for.
