Dont buy junk furniture from Lazy-boy. We have a loveseat recliner purchased in December 2013 and it has been broken more than it has functioned. EIGHT times repair technicians have been called out to fix it. Three times the wrong parts were sent causing longer delays in getting it fixed so we could use it. Even the technician said the store should replace it with two individual recliners. Will not buy another Lazy-Boy product.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The sales person stalked us around the store and would not leave us alone. We kept looking at furniture and he would stare at us from a close proximity. We left because it made us feel so uncomfortable. We went to a Walker Furniture and got excellent service. Please avoid this place at all costs!!

Over priced and sketchy sales. We visited during an "Everything 20% Off" sale to purchase a chair we had looked at two weeks earlier. Once we found the chair, they had raised the price 20% then took 20% off making it the same price it was 2 weeks before. Im sure this is a pretty common practice, but I will never buy anything from this place.

If you love the Lay Z Both brand it is a great store. We purchased 2 recliners. They did not pressure is and gave us plenty of alone time to talk between ourselves. Had an issue with a chair cushion. Called warrenty department, sent a person out and ordered replacement. Great service and honor what they promise.

i went into la-z-boy to get my salad tossed and only got a rusty trombone. i was very disappointed. they offered to let me take a cleveland steamer on their receptionist, but i declined. horrible service.
