If I could put 0 stars I would have. Absolute worst customer service possible. We bought a sofa and love seat here. When we got it the seller told us we had a 1 year warranty incase the frame or something inside broke.he specifically said "no questions asked". A bit less than a year goes by and the couches start falling apart. The frame is breaking left and right on both of them. When we asked them to pick it up to fix it we were told it would cost 60 dollars for the delivery fee each. At that moment I forgot I was supposed to have free delivery for a year as well. So after they took the love seat, which I asked them to only take that cause I didnt have 120 dollars to repair both, I called and starting questioning what the 60 dollars was for. One person told me delivery fee and I argued that cause we were supposed to have free delivery. Another girl told me it was for maintenance and I argued that thats what the warranty was for. She said the manufacture examined the furniture in the pictures we sent and determined that the couch had been dropped from a high location. We live in a 1 story condo. The only time that couch has ever been lifted is when they dropped it off to us in the first place. Then they told us that it looked like someone sat on the top. No, literally every break the frame has is from someone sitting normally. I also dont know how they would determine how the frame was broken from pictures. Anyways, after I argued the 60 dollar charge they agreed to reimburse me. It has been at least 3 months. When I call to ask about it they say they dont know who agreed to that, they dont have a note of that for our account. Now aside from all of that it took them 2 weeks to pick the couch up. And I took them 2 months to deliver it back to us. The first and second time they were supposed to bring it back the no call no showed. The third time they rescheduled with us after they were late already. Then when they finally brought it back they were late. When I received it, they fixed it back worse then we sent it. Wood is sticking out from the middle of the back cushion. As well as staples. The couch is lop sided. They didnt sew it back together so an area has cotton visible.they didnt staple the bottom correctly. Literally within a week of having it back a 110 pound boy sat on it and the whole frame cracked in the middle. The couch is not usable now. Also I was told they were going to send it to the manufacture for it to be fixed. Then after I received it and asked who fixed it, they told me they fixed it in the bigs warehouse. We never authorized that. The last thing I heard was they would call me back after they spoke with the owner. Owner says to tell me they cant do anything. Now I can not find the bigs I went to on Google anymore. Number doesnt work. Hopefully they went out of business. Yet I have to take all the losses. You guys are the suckiest of all suck butts.

If you need cheap furniture, desire horrendous customer service, want to feel like your after-sale business doesnt matter..... then by all means, go here! My wife and I moved here from the mid-west a few years ago and were looking for some reasonably priced, quality, furniture. After looking at all the reviews at the time, we decided to come here. We were greeted warmly by the sales staff and were treated wonderfully. All of our questions were answered and we felt that we were getting a great product for our dollars. We were able to purchase a daybed, mattress, and box spring for my wifes Mom. We decided to go back and look for a dining room table for ourselves about 9 months later. We found, what we were told, was a SOLID wood table with a lazy-susan center. We loved the table and were happy with the product, until we tried to move it. We carefully laid it on its side to remove the legs and bottom platform. Everything was fine until we actually tried to move the tabletop section. The lazy-susan fell out and the laminate chipped and what we found out was press board was severely dented. So, our SOLID wood table, wasnt solid wood. That was the first nightmare. I contacted Bigs to find out what was the cost of a replacement lazy susan. After I explained that it was MY fault, the woman insisted on filing a claim to get the part replaced under warranty. This was on March 1st.......NIGHTMARE #2. It took 12 calls in 6 weeks, to find out that it wouldnt be replaced under warranty. I was charged $186.00 for a replacement top. That was fine with me, just get me the part. Another 12 calls in 6 weeks to find out when it would be ordered, shipped, and when I would receive the part. AT NO TIME WAS I CALLED AND UPDATED ON THE STATUS. Finally a young man named Frederick called and said the part was in and ready to be picked up. This was YESTERDAY, 5/28. I picked up the part and opened it in the store to inspect it. The stain wasnt right, but it was passable. Third nightmare. I brought it home to put it in the table.... and it wouldnt go up or down properly, 4th nightmare. I wound up taking the new part apart and installing the old parts underneath to make it work. I will NEVER go back there for furniture, or anything else for that matter. I STRONGLY advise anyone who takes the time to read this, to go someplace.....ANYPLACE, else. DONT do the financing, save your money until you can afford to purchase good quality furniture. If you DO go to Bigs.............. youve been warned!!!

These people are AWFUL!!! Please save yourself three months of heartache and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! It took nearly three months for me to get my furniture after buying from the store manager, Ken Liberty. He promised me delivery 4 different times and they never showed up...it was always, "on a truck from California." Eventually, I went into the store to get a refund and Ken refused to speak to me - he picked up the phone and dialed customer service then shoved the phone in my face. While I was on the phone with CS, he began to YELL AT ME in the middle of the store (customers all around). CS insisted on charging me a restocking fee (for furniture I never received) and I refused - vowed to dispute the charges on my credit card. When I got off the phone, I went to go deal with Mr. Ken Liberty directly but he was hiding in the back office - little snake. The charges were disputed but Bigs wouldnt budge and lied to my credit card company about delivering the furniture and that it was refused (just look at the reviews of this company and you know that they are not honest and that this was a lie). One of the customer service people smooth talked me and convinced me to go through with the purchase and several weeks later it was finally delivered in full. But that was only after one delivery of damaged goods that had to be returned and a total of 11 promised delivery dates that never came to fruition. Again, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! They are snakes! Ken Liberty is an awful human being. The owner, Eli Mizrachi, is a lying snake! SAVE YOURSELF!!!
