If you dont mind waiting 2,3, or 6 months for your furniture to arrive then Mor is the store for you. Also, if you dont mind being treated like you dont exist or that you dont matter, then its ok. Of course the sales team will be happy to help you since they get commission, but after the sale... they might as will give you the finger. We ordered a table and chair set and a sofa and loveseat set, and paid in cash (debit, no financing). We ordered these a month before moving into our house and had them set to be delivered when we moved in (even though they said it could come sooner). Our table came, but we were told the sofa and loveseat were on backorder for another two weeks. Fast forward two weeks and its still on back order, every week we get the same tune. Its now been a over two months since we order and we have no where to sit in our living room. Instead of trying to make it right by sending a temporary couch, or discount, or gift card, or something, all we get are half hearted Im sorry, the manufacturer hasnt gotten it to us and Well call you back with that information (with no calls back). We probably would have been more understanding if they had attempted to make it right with us, and no one ever has. So I am currently waiting for another call back, so that I can cancel our order and go somewhere else that will treat their customers better. Even if you have a bad situation with delivery, you should do something to make it right with the customer. Horrible way to treat people! RE: Response from the owner. Please look at all of my review. The waiting wasnt even the worst part. It was the lack of customer service by your company, you should have made it right! Update: Went to a great family owned store called Parma Furniture on Monday, spent less than an hour there, found what I wanted, and it is being delivered today (Wednesday), less than 48 hours. Thats how you run a business.

Wasnt going to write a review but I keep seeing a lot of reviews that are very similar to my experience. I see that the "response from owner" keeps saying the same thing as well. "I can assure you this is not our typical standard of quality." Seems like its getting pretty standard. We got our furniture Tuesday evening. I had to call mor on Friday morning to tell them we needed our love seat replaced. Material flaked off the second day we got it. Called mor back Saturday and said we were not happy with the quality and felt that we were deceived about the material we got. Salesperson said everything we touch when we sit is real leather. Well I dont think real leather flakes off and leaves a bight dyed color showing underneath. And if it was real leather, it was a defective peice/set. They said they would replace but I DO NOT FEEL CONFIDENT in your products any longer. Asked if we could return all together and was told there is no return policy. Well we had this set returned to the Boise mor location by Sunday. Now Im being told I have to buy something in place of that set. Nothing but stress with this purchase I thought was going to be fun. Another issue I had about a year ago was the communication. Fell in love with a bed set and entertainment center then was told at check out that it was going to be almost 30 days till we get our items. Waited and called to check on the status and was told it would be here a few days early. Called again to see if they had arrived yet and was told they would be in the following Saturday. Called Saturday and was told 2 of our peices were not in yet. Called the next day and was told we could have picked up the day before when our pieces got in. A lot of run around and miss communication. Not happy with our experiences.

We shopped almost every single furniture store in the Treasure Valley before settling on buying a sectional couch for our new home from Mor Furniture. They had the best prices, the best sale, and the best selection out of everywhere we went (which was a lot of places). Carlos was very helpful and worked with us as far as scheduling perfectly around the closing date of our new home. I was disappointed to find out that it would take almost 3 weeks for our furniture to arrive, but he assured us that he would try to get it here earlier than that, so we will see! Right now Mor has earned a 5 star review from us, but our sectional is currently on order, so I will update this review once we receive it and put it in our new home! UPDATE: After 3 weeks the motor in one of the chairs broke and is stuck in the open position (super awkward). Mor is going to charge us $60 to come out and look at it, after weve had the furniture for less than a month and its not functioning, all because we picked it up ourselves. We paid $200 for an extended warranty but the process is ridiculously long, time-consuming, and frustrating. I literally called 7 times before I got through to someone, then they told me I should talk to Mor first because they offer a one year manufactures warranty on everything. I called to see if they would send a technician out to look at our couch, hoping it might actually get fixed in a timely manner. Nope, only if I pay them $60. Complete and total waste of my time. Im extremely frustrated that I just purchased this couch, its broken already, and they want to charge me to come look at it even though I paid an extra $200 for a warranty. Be warned.

Ordered a sectional, ottoman, and an entertainment center from Mor in Nampa on September 30th. I was told that they would all be delivered on the following Friday. Friday rolls around and I get 1/3 of my entertainment center and the sectional without the ottoman. I contact customer service and learn that the ottoman is available and should have been delivered, and the rest of the entertainment center will be delivered on the 24th of October. Fair enough, stuff happens. I schedule the delivery of the ottoman for the following Wednesday and accept the fact that I wont have a complete entertainment center for a few weeks. The following day I receive a text from Mor informing me that my furniture was ready to schedule for delivery. Sweet! So I call them, and apparently it was in reference to my ottoman because the previous representative I spoke with never actually scheduled me for that Wednesday. Somewhat irked, I decide that I will just have everything delivered on the 24th. Fast forward to today. I call customer service to ensure that everything is still on track. After some probing, I learned that despite the fact that delivery was/is scheduled for the 24th for all the remaining items, their projected date to even receive the rest of the entertainment center from the manufacturer isnt until the 15th of NOVEMBER (a fact the previous representative decided wasnt important, I suppose). This is when I decided to write a review. A combination of honest mistakes and shady business tactics, when "scheduling" my delivery, has completely ruined my experience with Mor. I will not be recommending this business to anybody else.
