I went to this businesses Blue Diamond, Las Vegas location to purchase a living room set, went through steps for financing and got approved. I was informed by a male staff memeber that delivery could be made the day after financing was approved. When a female member of the staff contacted me, she told me that sofas could not be delivered until Monday (which was 6 days after we submitted application). When I told her what I had been informed, she told me that is not what the man had told me (even though she wasnt there so couldnt possibly know) and instead of apologizing for the miscommunication, proceeded to call me a liar. The conversation escalalated, but ended in her telling me to call her back when I "got an education". I went to the store that evening to pick up my deposit check and the girl from the phone, the man, and a young girl who said she was the "owner" were there. I told her I was picking up the check. The man asked me "why, what happened". I began to explain the situation and him and the girl from the phone began to raise there voices at me and the "owner", who had not yet identified herself as even being an employee, shouted for ME to calm down or go outside. I told her that the situation did not involve her. She then said she was the owner. At that point, I tried to address her about my issue and all 3 of them started to be rude and still had not returned my deposit check. They wanted the receipt they had given me. So, I asked my husband to drive to our house to get the receipt. When he had gotten it and came to the store, I was outside the store and asked him to take it in and get our check. When he went in, they began to tell him that I was out of line and he told the man that he shouldnt tell customers things just to get a sale if he couldnt follow through. My husband began to leave the store and the "owner" told my husband to "have fun being broke".

I purchased a sofa and love seat. I then added a recliner which the sales man by the name of Nubian explained that the recliner would be the same manufacture and the same color. I was to receive the recliner on the following Friday and it was not delivered, and to make matters worse,was not called to tell me it was not going to be delivered. The company then sent out a recliner that was sage green. When I called the sales rep he explained to me that that was the recliner that matched my love seat and sofa. I told the sales rep that I did not buy a sage green sofa or love seat and he said that I was not looking at it right. I explained that I was not color blind and the two pieces delivered were gray. After going back and forth my wife looked at the tag of the love seat AND COUCH AND THE COLOR WAS GRAFITE WHICH IS GRAY. The SALES MAN THEN SAID THAT HE SENT THE RECLINER THAT WE PICKED FROM A BOOK WHICH WE NEVER HAD SEEN. HE TOLD US THAT WE WOULD GET A RECLINER THAT WAS THE SAME BRAND WHICH WAS A Simmons. The sales man then informed me the Simmons did not make a recliner which was another lie. We looked on the internet and Simmons does make a recliner and Walker Furniture has it in stock. This is not the first time having problems with this store and hearing lies. We are reporting this store to the BBB and are seeking legal counsel. I would not advise any one purchasing furniture to even go close to any of these stores. I spent time in my life as a furniture sales person and I know how it works. This is a crime.

Very bad service lairs very low quality of furniture dont trust does people dont buy from them save your nerve we buy a dining set from them put our top dollar $900 after we receive it like 2 day the chair was defects they let you run like a crazy to drop the chairs and ask you to pick them up after another day other chair need to be replace I dont understand how could it be new set full of defects and the worse that you dont get any service they want you to run like a crazy save your money dont buy there

Horrible place, tricked the price on us and delivered broken and in bad condition. Delivere a table to us 2 times and the legs were tilited and finally got it correct the 3rd time. Also they delivered us 3 beds, and while brining one of them in, it was scraped on the streets and they tried covering it up by facing it to the wall. Dont believe in their "buy 1 get half off" deal. They will trick you by raising another furniture price higher to cover the other "half off"

Buyer beware! They are are smiles when you buy, but do not stand by their products if you have a problem later. Theres a reason they have "blow out sales"! I would give them a zero star rating if I could.
