FALSE ADVERTISING, BREACH OF CONTRACT Worst consumer experience Ive ever had. I have never left a business a review before but customers deserve to know the way Half Price Furniture does business. Ordered 2 weeks ago and still dont have my bed. Barak, the store manager, has avoided my phone calls. Several times Ive been told "Barak isnt in today, hell be back tomorrow" only to call tomorrow and be told the same thing. Hard to believe a store manager doesnt work at all Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. I have half my furniture order, most of which are items that do not match what I originally ordered. Theyve made no attempt to get me my other items and correct their mistakes. No phone calls trying to set up delivery. The warehouse manager, Maira is as equally incompetent as Barak. She has made no attempt to ensure my items are delivered or set up any future delivery. She refuses to have her warehouse team pick up the furniture, even though it is unusable and not even what I ordered. I have a bed frame that isnt the size that I ordered and was charged for, taking up my bedroom so I cant even go buy a bed from a legitimate company because its in the way. But they wont deliver the correct size bed frame and mattress so Ive been stuck sleeping on the floor the first few weeks in my new home. Unfortunately because they refuse to help rectify my situation, I am now stuck with the burden of having to file a BBB complaint and taking legal action to ensure this situation gets dealt with. I sincerely hope whoever is reading this decides to take their business elsewhere and get the service they deserve.because at Half Price Furniture you only get neglectful customer service and lies.

We bought a expensive mattress for almost 1.000,- and it had a whole in it. A few days later they delivered our kitchen table with a bench and 4 chairs for 800,- The table had a big scratch in it and one of the legs were not straight. It took as a few calls and emails to get at least a new leg. About two weeks later the bench broke!!! The sofa that we bought for around 900,- came also completly scratched. We got a little discount but just now, 6 months later a big wooden piece of the sofa broke. We really liked what we seen in the store and we didnt chose their cheapest stuff but quality is really really bad! I wouldnt buy anything from there again.

I had the worst experience here. The first time I purchased cash 1300 and they took 2 weeks to deliver and not only that when I spoke to manager he was VERY RUDE. Also please do not lease anything from them. I also went back to them like a dummy. 2 years later and lease a table. I leased it Sunday and wanted to return it Monday. They charged me 20% when the product was never delivered. I will never ever go back to them.The worst costumer service in the world!!!!!!!!

I just bought a bedroom set and a mattress from this store on Charleston and Decatur. It was a great deal and they gave me free delivery. The store is not as big as the other stores but they have a great sales person there by the name of Manny, he gave me space and wasnt pushy at all so I had to buy from him. The delivery was on time and the delivery guys were very professional. Im definitely coming back for other furniture in the future.

I will never buy there again all they do is give you the run around especially when it is suppose to be delivered and delivery people left all the empty cartons on the driveway for me to discard , I have had other furniture delivered to me and they always take empty cartons with them they told me it was a health hazard to take them back which is a lie. Very poor service.

I just moved here and needed lots of furniture quick and on a budget. The price for the quality of furniture seemed like a steal- its good stuff. I even forgot to order a boxspring for my bedframe, and when I did order it Jacky made sure it came that same day. Excellent service and I have already recommended them to others just moving in around here.

Payments were made easily and I would definitely go back for my future purchases. Recommend this furniture store to everyone!
