Went in to get a new bed and mattress on a Thursday. I went with a nice mattress and bed that I needed delivered. I paid the extra $100 for a total of about $1,300. The sales person let me know they would be able to deliver it on Sunday. I was hoping for next day like the ad said, but I was willing to wait because it was a nice bed and they were busy. The salesman scheduled the delivery for between 1pm and 5pm. A 4 hour window seems like a long time but I could handle it since I was off that day. I received a text on Friday to confirm the time between 1pm and 5pm on Sunday. Sunday came, 5pm came and no word from Mor. I finally called at 5:30pm. I asked where my delivery was. The lady on the line tells me that they should be there by 6pm , I asked why it was taking so long. She said that the schedule time was between 2pm and 6pm, and when I told her that wasnt right , that I had a text confirmation of the time and the salesman confirm the time as between 1 and 5. Then she tells me there must be a glitch. Okay I tell her, I will wait another 30 minutes. 6:30pm and I get a call from the delivery driver, and he says he will be at my home in 2 or 3 hours. I say that I really need the bed tonight, you wont be any longer right? The delivery driver says no. 10pm and still no word from Mor, which is closed at 8pm, and no phone call from the delivery driver even though I call him back and leave a message. 10:30 pm. I receive a call from the delivery driver saying that he is on his way. I tell him to forget it. I had been waiting 9 and a half hours for a delivery without any phone call or warning from anyone at Mor. The one time I do call and the rep. tells me a lie. Ridiculous, I cancelled the entire order and am going to Banner Mattress.

It was my first visit and my first purchase in Mor Furniture for Less, I was attended by José Peña who provided excellent service, was all the time very patient and made it a very pleasant experience. MOR Furniture in Palm Desert is a great place to buy furniture!!! They have a lot to choose from, their prices are incredible and the people who work there really care about their customers and work extra hard to make you happy and help you find what you really want. Their financing programs are awesome as my dad was able to get nice new furniture and pay for it over time. Our kids love MOR furniture because our couches are really "C-O-Z-Y!!!" And one of the greatest things is that MOR can usually deliver whatever you buy REALLY fast!!! Thank you MOR for making our houses more beautiful and more comfortable for the entire family!

I just moved into a new apartment and needed a couch and some other furniture. Mkr Furniture Rancho Mirage was recommended to me by several friends of mine. So, I went in and everyone was super friendly and courteous. Luis Buller was the one gentleman in particular who assisted me with all.my needs as well as answered any questions I had. They also provided cookies, popcorn and drinks for their guests to enjoy while shopping or simply waiting. It was truly a great experience and Ill surely comeback again for any other furniture purchases!

Cant say enough great things about this place. We came in about 20 minutes before closing, and Ashley treated us like they had just opened. Never made us feel rushed, and answered every question we had. We ended up coming back the next day, and were treated the exact same way. When it came to buy, Luis (The showroom manager) made every effort to make sure the pricing plan fit just what we needed. Best customer I have ever experienced. If you ever need furniture, be sure to go see Ashley and Luis. Amazing.

Great customer service! This was my second time coming into Mor Furniture and Requested my original salesman Esteban. I will always leave a store if I feel a salesman is too pushy and follows me around the store. Esteban was quite the opposite and approached me very appropriately to see if I needed any help and was very helpful when I did need him. I left and brought my husband back to the store and we bought a beautiful coach and bed previously and today we left we another bed frame..

Awesome service went in just looking for a mattress and didnt know to much just looking around. I was greeted by a salesmen who gave me all the information I needed to know about mattresses. Luis was well informed knew what to reply was clear and never tried pushing me to buy something, also never followed me let me explore at my own pace but was there when i needed him didnt have to go look for him. If you ever plan on looking at anything in the store ask for Luis he is awesome.

Keith was amazing. I went in on a time limit was greeted by a very nice man, gave him my brake down on what I had in mind. He showed me a few things, I showed him something I saw on there Web site and fell in LOVE with it in person. There was a nice girl who helped me as well gave me her personal experience with a sofa she had. They never made a pushy sale or anything it was pure GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The selection for the price OMG I was spinning! I couldnt make up my mind, but I picked a gorgeous entire living room set for around $900 including Lamps & Tables and delivery! I received a thank you gift card in a email for $50 towards anything in the store! I bought a couple of glass bowls! It was a perfect fit for my new living room! I ❤️Mor Furnitures quality stuff too! Ill be back for sure!
