This is by far one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I brought my computer in early this year and they told me I needed a hard drive replacement so they gave me one, charged me $200 something dollars. I brought it home and it worked for about 2 days and never wanted to turn on. I tried calling them a few times and they never got back to me regarding my fixed computer. I put the computer aside for a few months because their store is located an hour and a half away and when I had the time I brought the computer back in and they stated that my computer did not infact need a hard drive and they still dont know whats wrong with it. After months of waiting and spending my money and driving to their location I will say that they are very unprofessional and had the nerve to ask why I did not come in sooner after trying to get into contact with them more than at least 6 times by phone. Worst customer service, slow and will possibly break your device before they fix it!

My daughters new MacBook Pro was not working properly. We went to the "Specialists" on Battlefield and they were not only rude, but never took the time to properly diagnose the issue. After 3 trips there and weeks of wasted time during finals... Instead of doing a full diagnostics, they said a chip was not "seated" correctly and then tried to charge us over $100 for updates that are free with our AppleCare warranty. We took it to Simply Mac and it was sent back to Apple for extensive repair. It had a bad hard drive and other issues. We got it back quickly and didnt owe a dime. I will never do business with the "other store". I called Apple customer management at the home office and reported them and sent them the receipts and "update the computer quote" from the other store. Apple was awesome and so was Simply Mac. Dont go anywhere else unless you want to pay for free services and not get your laptop repaired.

Went to get my iPhone replaced under warranty and they told me I had to get the screen replaced first because of the smallest crack. I told them I wasnt going to get it fixed so they said they could run some test to see if theres anything they might be able to do told me to come back in 20mins I did and I was the only one waiting after an hour of waiting the place was packed. And Andrew bald big guy told me he was helping the others before me because I left the store and came back. I told him I was there first regardless of leaving and he still wanted me to wait. I told him Ill just take my phone and leave and he told me no Im not giving your phone back. The tech came and handed my phone back and told me he was so sorry. I will never go back to that store ever again. Andrew was very rude and disrespectful to me the tech was fine and he tried but I will never go back because of Andrew.!

This "Certified Apple Store" is the worst! Went in there twice in the last couple weeks for two different Apple Watch issues. They couldnt do anything and had to send them off. I couldve done that? For a certified Apple Store they werent much help. When I walked in the store I checked in and waited my turn like I was supposed to, I waited for about 10 minutes then a girl walked in after me and she was helped right away with out checking in and doing that stupid process. So I had to wait another 10 minutes for someone else to help me! And to top it all off the guy that was in there was extremely rude and was texting while he was helping me. He acted like a know it all and kept interrupting me and the other workers that were in there. Next time Ill drive 3 hours to STL or Kansas City because I know I would get better results and better customer service!

THE worst service, condescending staff, horrible communication skills, they dont answer their phones; beyond frustrating. This is a horrible representation of MAC and Id drive to St. Louis or KC before dealing with them again. Dropped iPhone under Applecare warranty to be fixed with a 3 day return time. Almost 2 weeks went by with numerous calls to the store Unanswered, went to the store- put off and put off and told to wait another 3 days several times. They provided No notification, NO communication; this place doesnt even answer their phone! After 2 weeks I called APPLE and spent TWO HOURS on the phone with them to figure out where my phone was and why it hadnt been fixed and returned. Apple rectified the situation. Deal directly with Apple.

Christian was friendly, helpful, and willing to work with me until I had no more questions. I think it would have been a 5 star visit if Id been able to understand one question. Its probably my fault Im "still in the dark," but heres what I dont understand: My Mac is loaded with pictures and so is my iPad, but those are not also on the cloud. I know that because Christian helped me look at my cloud photos, and they are all taken recently from my iPhone. I dont know how to transfer my Mac and iPhone photos to the cloud. I will come back in the store after I return from a trip and get more help. However, I was able to understand many other questions. It was a good experience, and I will be back.

I had a really crazy, probably unbelievable warranty issue with my phone. The sales manager (I think) was who took care of my problem. He was very thorough, and very helpful. He was able to take care of my issue and get me a new phone. He was patient and friendly. Thank you so much for taking care of me! You turned my day around! I am so pleased with the customer service I received from the person at this store and from Apple in general. This is a great store! I am a happy customer.

Noped out of here so hard. High prices with pushy salesmen. When I worked for Best Buy across the way I would constantly hear customers complain about their service. Mainly because chances are if you ask for help you are going to walk out of there for a bill of at least 15 dollars. They are an apple store that isnt and official store. This opens up a lot of room for them to be as shady as they want with few repercussions.

As a first time customer, Andrew was incredibly helpful when I came in with a Bluetooth issue on my iPhone. He fixed my problem and helped me pick out the perfect case because mine was needing an upgrade. Hoping I wont have to be back for any repairs but if I do, I know the employees there are friendly and always willing to help.

Had to wait a long time before they even helped me. There were four staff members and at least 3 of them was helping one couple. The staff was also more interested in talking to one another than helping me. They could have done a better job. They were honestly more interested in selling me items than helping me with my repair.
