Dr. Carol Scott and her staff are amazing. Both of our children have vision and reading proficiency issues. Our youngest has been in vision therapy at the Vision Clinic since November 2015 and we are excited for the new school year after years of difficulty. She recently diagnosed our older son with vision issues that were effecting his reading and test taking abilities. Excited to see what a difference his new glasses will make. Thank you, Dr. Scott and team!

What a beautiful new office! The décor is beautiful and the entire office was very clean. From the moment I walked in to the time I left, each team member was friendly and very helpful. Dr. Laura Montgomery was very thorough and explained the procedures and diagnosis in detail. It was a good experience (even though I may be in denial about my aging eyes!!!!). I would recommend this office!

The best customer service Ive experienced anywhere in a long time. Great place all around. Comfortable, friendly, able to get an appointment in a timely manner and a very thorough exam. And amazing selection of glasses and great help picking the right pair!

I had an urgent need for a new pair of glasses, and the team at Vision Clinic in Ozark bent over backwards to get me a same day appointment. It meant that a couple of the staff had to stay after closing, which they did for me. It was not my first time to use their services, but once again, I have been ultra pleased. Super friendly, flexible, and professional.

Greeted by friendly staff and did not wait at all. Thorough exam by assistant and Dr. Katie. Answered all questions about exam and any concerns very thoroughly. Help with choice with choosing glasses frames and altering lenses was great also. Knowledgeable about insurance coverage and applicable discounts. Far exceeded my expectations.

I would highly recommend all aspects of the clinic. The new office is so tastefully decorated, with a lot more room, all areas (front desk/reception, testing, examination, optical and waiting room) were clean, with current reading materials. Everyone was so professional and courteous.
