my husband and i went to the chillicothe walmart because we promised our 2 year old son we would bring him home his first fish. we went there with the expectation of getting in and getting out quickly so we could suprise our son with his fish before he got home from visiting his grandparents. we picked the fish we wanted and waited by the aquarium and no one showed up and asked if we needed help. so i went to the tire center and asked a girl to page someone. she was very rude, didnt smile, and acted annoyed that i was asking her to do her job. but, she did it, and we waited and waited, ten minutes passed and my husband went to electronics and asked again. they paged again and we waited ANOTHER ten minutes, STILL with no one showing up to help us! finally i got fed up and went to customer service. the girl at the desk was very apologetic and tried three different places until she got ahold of someone to help us. i got back to the fish section and the girl that was helping us simply replied "well i was on break". so in the end we waited almost an hour to get our fish and i will NEVER go to chillicothe walmart. EVER again. if we hadnt promised our son we were bringing him home his first fish we would have left our cart full of things and walked out the door. On another note,out of the ten fish we have bought, SIX have already died within the first week. It was a terrible experience overall.

Wal Mart has a great selection and a friendly and quick Pharmacy. My only negative experience was that once I bought a phone there. Someone used my name and address to purchase their own phone plan. Im sure it was a salesperson. Otherwise, it is clean brightly lit and easy to shop. Sometimes lines are long. Ive noticed that a slow checker is put in the express lane. Doesnt make sense. Still 4 stars.

Typical Wal-Mart. Nothing fancy, but very friendly service. They even have two people who will process your items in the self checkout lines. Ive been to Wal-Marts all over this country being a truck driver. And they all had someone who would help in the self check out. But this is the first one Ive ever been to that actually actively do the whole thing for you.

The staff was very helpful! I found everything that I needed, except gluten-free bread. When I was ready to leave, I got to my truck and 5th wheel to find out someone had not left me enough room to get out. One of their staff came out to help me turn around! Awesome, and way above the call of duty! Thanks!

The kid Thomas that works in electronics is very unfriendly and rude. Because of his poor attitude and lack of customer service skills your store lost out on the sale of 3 iPads and 2 tablets. Every time I have delt with this msn I have left very unsatisfied with the service he provided.

They need to STOP moving things around all the time !! People cant find anything any more !! They are constantly moving things !! They need to be stocking the shelves instead of moving things around all the time !! Shelves were very low today !!

This is one of the older WalMart buildings. Everything is kind of crammed into the aisles. Needs a manager that cracks down on restocking and reorganizing. A little dingy, dirty floors and parking lot. Get what you need and get out. Jeff

Do not eat the food they prepare there they leave ot out all day and gave my wife and i food poising. Also managers just walo by and dont help cashiers when ots busy so you habe to wait longer to buy groceries

Great layout for easy shopping and usually not crowded. Low prices and very friendly staff. Especially Lola Brown in pharmacy. A dear woman and very helpful. Parking near building is almost always available.
