Ive been shopping here since it opened, but less and less now. Every time I go in, the list of items I want but they no longer carry grows. Also, I do not like the "help" they have added to the cosmetics section. Pushy and not informed. Every time I even look at something there, there pop up to "help" and push hand massages. That could be nice at a salon, but I do not want it at Target, nor have I ever seen anyone accept it. The other day, I was in the cosmetic aisle checking on Google to see if a particular makeup was oil free when the woman came up and asked if I wanted help. Told her what I was doing and said no thank you to the help. That didnt stop her. She literally grabbed the makeup out of my hand saying she would check the ingredients. I found my answer quickly on the manufacturer website (yes, it is oil free) and asked her for the product back as it was the only one left in shade I needed. She kept saying "just a minute, I am still checking the ingredient list for you", I kept telling her I had the answer already. This went on for several minutes wasting my time, she literally would not give me the item for me to buy! Finally, she said it was not oil free (WRONG!) and put it back on the shelf!

As a genderfluid trans person, it can be scary to shop for the clothing I need to feel comfortable in. I decided to be brave this afternoon and go buy what I needed, even though people would stare at me. I felt very self conscious as I found what I wanted (including an adorable pair of boxers with constellations on them) and went to check out. The cashiers nametag said Brett. I was greeted with a warm, bright smile and noticed that Brett wore a little Target rainbow button for Pride. I immediately felt more at ease. Brett made me feel very comfortable buying what I wanted, embodying the perfect balance of friendlyness and professionalism. I did not feel singled out, but welcomed by Bretts demeanor and our interaction. I am extremely glad that I chose to be brave today and buy what I needed from this location. I dearly hope Brett is recognized for this conduct. It greatly improved my experience! Thank you so much, Brett!!

I no longer shop at this chain because they donated $150,000 to MN Forward, which funds Tom Emmers campaign to be governor of Minnesota. Tom Emmer is very anti-same sex marriage and also supports a band called Junkyard Prophet (part of an organization called You Can Run But You Cannot Hide) that advocates genocide as a solution to homosexuality. I do not want ANY of my money to go towards putting a man like Tom Emmer into any political office, especially not in my home state. Target has refused to apologize for their donation or make up for it by donating an equal amount of money to an organization that supports LBGT rights. For these reasons, I can no longer spend my money at Target and I hope all who read this and care about everyones right to marry someone they love will reconsider shopping at Target.

The place is far less dumpy since their recent renovations; however, the operations management at this Target continues to be terrible. It will run out of common products like bananas, steak, Gatorade, even vinegar. For the past several months they are constantly out of 1% organic milk where they have a plethora of other types of milk (organic and non). The lines to check out are typically very long regardless as to how busy the store is. I have gone to the store late at night when it feels like I am the only person in the store, and when I go check out there will be one lane open with 4 people with full carts waiting. I have been shopping at Target for nearly 40 years, and I can safely say that this is the poorest managed Target I have seen (unfortunately is also is the closes one to me)

I am really disappointed in Targets ploy to sell more junk food. Nice that you were in the news in a positive light for removing junk food from your check out lanes. I guess you have just redirected that junk to the center of the main walking aisle. Not only does this obstruct the walk-way, creating a lot of unnecessary traffic and frustration, but really if I am at your store to buy Little Debbie snacks I will just walk to the snack aisle. I am not so stupid that I am going to magically be lured in to buy them just because you have shoved them in my face. Nice try Target. Oh, by the way, if it was kids you are targeting, I will let you know that mine have yet to ask for any of the items that you have strategically placed in their line of vision. Kind of seems like an all around fail.

My family and I decided to stop in for a quick lunch at this Target. We found that the eating area was dirty and not very well maintained. It didnt end there. There was one of the Target staff members that must have been on her lunch break watching something on her smart phone with the volume turned all the way up. She was laughing really loud at the crude language coming from her phone and was distracting everyone around her. I decided that the language was just too much and went to talk to the store manager. The response from the manager was that she couldnt address the issue with the employee while she was on lunch. REALLY??? So there we sat having the rest of our lunch in complete shock. Wont be back again.

I have been shopping at this location for 10 + years. In the last 6 weeks someone had the "bright" idea to put merchandise in the main aisle between pharmacy items and grocery items creating an obstucted walking path for shoppers. It is extremely difficult to walk alone and even harder with a shopping cart. Open aisle walking space creates much more pleasant, efficient and relaxed shopping experience. Please REMOVE the merchandise in the middle of the aisle that has made for a frustrating shopping experience as of late. I now avoid this target store for that reason

I dont see any real humans working here, just a bunch of money grubbing machines programmed to hate all customers with a generic self-righteous bigotry attitude. Ive seen better attitudes at Walmarts around the Twin cities compared to this specific Target location. I probably think eventually that this Target store is going to go out of business and get sold to Walmart or some other chain department store. They always have a now hiring sign up and I guess people are afraid to work at this location after all the controversy thats going on.

I typically love this target but today the service was horrible. I had to return something and the lady seemed crazy. Nice but crazy! I then went and tried on some clothes and the lady working the area was incredibly rude. I usually dont care and take the high road by being overly nice. I just couldnt with her. I spend allot of money at this target. I expect to be treated kindly. I would highly recommend terminating her employment ASAP. I do not know her name but she was working the dressing room area after 630pm on JUNE 28th.
