Items are fine, but Assistant Manager Chris is to be desires. Cant deal with her customers problems and states she has nothing to do with employees there. Threw her hands up in the air twice stating nothing she can do. When we entered the door and set up a tent on the customer service counter, she was three lanes over, and guess what. She ran away to leave employees there. Check the cameras K-mart. Its fine we have to call the company to get a replacement from the warranty we bought from K-Mart, but the way she deals with customers is another story. Thanks Chris for the wonderfully awful experience. Other employees were nice. Wrong Business Chris (who claims is not the manager) didnt want to deal with anyone at all!

The prices in this store are already fairly cheap. Its basically a generic Target. Theres a "big summer blowout" right now where everything in the store is 10-50% off. Youll find that almost everything is only 15% off except the sporting goods that are 20%. One of their "flash deals" was for charmin basic. It was something like 6 or 8 rolls for $5. That isnt really a good deal at all though. The Kmart in Marshalltown , IA is closing for good and their sale prices are exactly the same even though they are trying to sell out of their remaining inventory. This Kmart is also in a not very nice part of town.

Another disappointing trip here. Handy that it is right around the corner.... Came here to buy a few things last minute. We found a coupon while there. Attempted to use the coupon and the register wouldnt accept it. She pages a manager. We waited over 10 minutes for a manager to show up. No one came. We finally gave up on the coupon and left without the money we could have saved. Girl at the register didnt seem to care at all. Would not page the manage a second time when we asked her to. She seemed more interested in talking to her friend at the next register instead of caring or helping us.

A dying retailer that couldve addressed hundreds of issues for at least a decade, probably more. Staffing issues have plagued the retailer, customer service is lacking, the displays are always trashed - a decent General Manager could have addressed this had they started 20 years ago. But Kmart was dying when Walmart was burying retailers - they couldnt adapt quickly enough. Now that Walmart is being buryed by competition so far ahead of them & looking like fools scrambling to react, imo, Id say Kmart is done in less than 18mo...& thats being generous.

Needs a serious upgrade , been there since the 60s , the only things that have changed is the signage , no auto service , no grocery , one hour photo gone , K Cafe gone , original blue light specials gone , what is upper management doing or trying to prove ! I love Kmart ! Been shopping there since 1969 /1970 , I would hate to see Kmart close , because of missed opportunities , join the band wagon , get the grocery store back in there , The K Cafe back , the auto department ! Kmart better do something and real QUICK !

Great selection and quality products over other discount stores. Particularly their Jeans. Last much longer than Targets or Walmarts. I would have never thought it would happen as I havent been to K-mart in a long time but they are doing much better than the other large retail outlets.

It has been the worst online shopping experience of my life Ive been waiting for almost 2 weeks for a TV stand that was supposed to be in stock and to top it all off the staff was rude to me when I asked to speak to management. Do yourself a favor and shop Target next time .

Idk, they have a clueless night management staff. Never enough cashiers on duty, and a computer system that must be to small or outdated for retail. And no one seems to know how to answer any questions concerning their product lines, other then " we must be out of that"

Prices are rather high for a company that mostly only exists in low income neighborhoods now-a-days... Stop filing bankruptcy and just lower your prices so people can actually afford to shop there.
