Sad that the Faribault JCPenney is closing around 10/1/17. On 7/29/17 everything in the store was 40-60% off and clearance was as marked. The items I was interested in were 40% and did not seem to be a deal. There were some bargains on clearance. Maybe prices will go down further.

I went to use the restrooms at the JCP at the Faribo West Mall and found there was poop all smeared one of the toilets and poop in the other toilet. That is disgusting!!!!!
