Overall I always get good service when I shop here, which is weekly. My problem is with the pharmacy, they are the only store in town I can find that carries Biotene Gum for dry mouth, and it is always out of stock. I asked the clerk and she said it is on order and wont be in for aout 16 days. Well that was over a month ago and it is still out of stock. I went to Walgreens and they ordered me a case, which arrived in 2 days, at a nickel a pack less. Guess whose pharmacy I shop at now. I have extreme dry mouth due to radiation treatments for cancer in my toncils, chewing the gum helps keep my mouth moist well I shop.

We drive out of our way to visit this Walmart, simply because its a better shopping experience. I give it five stars, in comparison to other Walmarts. Few are as clean and are staffed with as friendly people. Every visit has been pleasant. That bringing said, every Walmart has horrible return processing. It doesnt matter where you go, its never quick and never easy. We try to never buy anything we may return. We think maybe thats why its setup that way

The store checkout at night is lousy at best. One must walk to the other end of the checkouts at night, the furthest from the only door open at night, to check out. Because that is the only checkout with tobacco products. The heck with customer service for us late night grocery shoppers. I wish the rest of the grocery stores in town were open after 10pm, cause Id avoid shopping at WalMart. Someone should FIRE the layout designer!!!

I have been doing business at Wally world since it first opened in Grand Rapids MN. But not any more! They have stupid check cashing Policies. After their refusal to cash a small Check issued from Bank of Americas Corporate account it is my new policy not to shop at Walmarts anywhere. They just dont give a damn about customer loyalty. I will be going elsewhere starting today. Ticked off.

Its Walmart what else could I possibly say. If you are looking at reviews for Walmart youre either not from the United States or you work for Walmart. If you work for Walmart keep some more lanes open would you please. And start treating those poor elderly greeters better give them a chair let them sit down.

The staff were quite rude and two different shelf stockers almost ran my son over with their pallet jacks within one visit. There were no attendants available to open the changing rooms for 25 minutes even after wandering around looking for someone. But the store was clean and easy to locate.

A one-stop shop for all your needs. Large parking lot, friendly and helpful staff, pharmacy with late hours of service but can get crowded, has narrow aisles, long lines for checking out and sometimes difficult to locate staff for information or questions about products.

Ive been to a good handful of Walmart stores over time, and this store has by far been the best one Ive been to. Associates are knowledgeable about the products carried or are able to quickly find information for you. Overall, the store is clean and well managed.

Avoid Walmart at all costs, go to a Target store. Their Isles are nice & wide so you can get in and get what you need faster. They dont feel the need to clutter up their aisles with a bunch of useless crap like Walmart does. This is just my own humble opinion.

The trees were better. Why do you go to GR? The small town feel and getting back to nature. What do you see as you get into town? Walmart and the ugliest movie theater. Unless you are in to boxlike soviet era architecture.
